Abstract

A vacuum sealing machine for automatically delivering and cutting packages includes a frame, a vacuum sealing mechanism arranged on the frame, a cutting and sealing mechanism arranged above the vacuum sealing mechanism, and a feeding mechanism arranged at a side of the vacuum sealing mechanism. The feeding mechanism pivots on the frame and a double layer plastic film winds on the feeding mechanism; the vacuum sealing mechanism includes a reservoir box and an overflow tank arranged a side of the vacuum sealing machine; the reservoir box is connected with the vacuum sealing mechanism. The feeding mechanism pivots on the frame, the double layer plastic film winds the feeding mechanism, the users can adjust the effective width of the feeding shaft according to the width of double layer plastic film. The cutting and sealing mechanism can automatically seal the double layer plastic film and cut a package with appropriate size.

A vacuum sealing machine for automatically delivering and cutting package, wherein comprising a frame, a vacuum sealing mechanism arranged on said frame, a driving mechanism arranged above said vacuum sealing mechanism, a feeding mechanism arranged at a side of said vacuum sealing mechanism, and a cutting and sealing mechanism arranged between said vacuum sealing mechanism, and said feeding mechanism; said feeding mechanism pivots on said frame and a double layer plastic film sealed at its both sides winds on said feeding mechanism;
 said feeding mechanism includes a feeding shaft, said double layer plastic film winds said feeding shaft; an end portion of said feeding shaft is provided with several equally spaced first limit teeth, a first clamping piece is movely sleeved on said feeding shaft, a position of said first clamping piece can be adjusted to clamp with said first limiting teeth and attach to the double layer plastic film.   
     
     
         2 . The vacuum sealing machine for automatically delivering and cutting package according to  claim 1 , wherein a guiding portion is arranged under said feeding shaft, said guiding portion includes a first driving portion fixed on said frame and a guiding shaft connected with said first driving portion; said first driving portion drives said guiding shaft to rotate and delivery said double layer plastic film to said cutting and sealing mechanism;
 two guiding pieces are respectively sleeved on both sides of said guiding shaft and respectively attached to both sides of said double layer plastic film; said frame under said guiding shaft is provided with several second limit teeth, one of said two guiding pieces is provided with a second clamping piece clamped with said second limit teeth and can be moved along second limit teeth.

The vacuum sealing machine for automatically delivering and cutting package according to  claim 2 , wherein said guiding piece consists of a guiding wheel and a guiding seat; said guiding wheel is rotatably connected to said guiding seat, said guiding wheel and said guiding seat are sleeved on said guiding shaft; a bottom of the guiding seat extends to form said second clamping piece; said guiding wheel of the guiding piece is provided with several guiding teeth, both sides of the double layer plastic film is provided with holes, said holes can be chimed with said guiding teeth so that said guiding piece can be stably delivery said double layer plastic film.

The vacuum sealing machine for automatically delivering and cutting package according to  claim 1 , wherein said vacuum sealing mechanism includes an upper cavity and a lower cavity; said lower cavity is fixed on said frame, said upper cavity is slid connected with said frame and arranged above said lower cavity; said driving mechanism drives said upper cavity to move up and down to fit with said lower cavity to from a sealing chamber or separate from said lower cavity.

The vacuum sealing machine for automatically delivering and cutting package according to  claim 4 , wherein said vacuum sealing mechanism is provided with an one-way baffle assembly consisting of upper baffles and lower baffles, said upper baffles are pivoted in said upper cavity, said lower baffles are pivoted in said lower cavity, said upper baffles and said lower baffles are misaligned.

The vacuum sealing machine for automatically delivering and cutting package according to  claim 5 , wherein said upper baffles and said lower baffles, are in triangle shape with straight edges and an oblique edge; said oblique edge is closed to said cutting and sealing mechanism, said straight edges are far away from said cutting and sealing mechanism 
     
     
         7 . The vacuum sealing machine for automatically delivering and cutting package according to  claim 4 , wherein said driving mechanism includes a third driving portion and a vacuum driving portion; said vacuum driving portion is a vacuum pump communicated with an inlet of the vacuum sealing mechanism and a vent valve; said vent valve is communicated with said sealing chamber and can inject air into said sealing chamber.

The vacuum sealing machine for automatically delivering and cutting package according to  claim 4 , wherein an overflow tank is arranged in said lower cavity, said inlet is arranged in said overflow tank, said lower cavity is provided with a through hole at a position corresponding to said inlet; a reservoir box is arranged at a side of said vacuum sealing machine; said reservoir box is communicated with said inlet; said vacuum driving portion is communicated with said reservoir box.

The vacuum sealing machine for automatically delivering and cutting package according to  claim 4 , wherein said reservoir box is made from transparent material, said reservoir box is detachably connected with said frame, said overflow tank is detachably connected with said lower cavity.

The vacuum sealing machine for automatically delivering and cutting package according to  claim 4 , wherein a first sealing assembly is provided on a side of the lower cavity away from the feeding mechanism; said first sealing assembly is a single heating filament or a multiheating filament.

The vacuum sealing machine for automatically delivering and cutting package according to  claim 1 , wherein said cutting and sealing mechanism includes a second sealing assembly and a clipping assembly, said second sealing assembly lies a side of said lower cavity close to said feeding mechanism; said clipping assembly is arranged between said second sealing, assembly and said vacuum sealing mechanism; said clipping assembly includes a second driving portion and a cutter, said second driving, portion, drives said cutter to reciprocally move to cut said double layer plastic film.

The vacuum sealing machine for automatically delivering and cutting package according to  claim 10 , wherein said second driving portion includes a gear motor, a belt, and a guiding pillar; said guiding pillar are fixed at both sides of frame, said gear motor is installed at a side of said guiding pillar and is connected with said belt, said belt is located in front of the guiding pillar and can drive said cutter to reciprocally move to cut the double layer plastic film. 
     
     
         13 . The vacuum sealing machine for automatically delivering and cutting package according to  claim 11 , wherein said cutter is sleeved to said guiding pillar and moves along said guiding pillar; said cutter includes a grip portion and a blade that is sleeved with said guiding pillar and extends a clip to hold the belt.

The vacuum sealing machine for automatically delivering and cutting package according to  claim 1 , wherein said vacuum sealing machine also includes a power supply assembly, a controlling assembly and a nozzle; said power supply assembly is arranged at a back of said vacuum sealing machine; said controlling assembly is arranged above said vacuum sealing machine, said nozzle is communicated with said vacuum sealing machine.
