Also disclosed herein are kits and methods for using the disclosed devices and systems.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 .- 169 . (canceled)
170 . A caddy device for coupling one or more accessories, the device comprising:
a base station, including an attachment point for receiving and releasably retaining a removable accessory; and a mounting mechanism for mounting the base station to a surface.
171 . The device of claim 170 , wherein the base station is formed to define a concavity corresponding to the attachment point.
172 . The device of claim 171 , further comprising at least one spacer formed in the concavity, the at least one spacer configured to promote airflow between the base station and the removable accessory.
173 . The device of claim 170 , wherein the base station comprises a plurality of attachment points, the base station further comprising a plurality of metal plates embedded therein, wherein each of the plurality of metal plates corresponds to one of the plurality of attachment points.
174 . The device of claim 173 , wherein the removable accessory comprises a magnet, such that the removable accessory is configured to be retained by at least one of the plurality of attachment points via magnetic force.
175 . The device of claim 173 , wherein each of the plurality of metal plates is covered by a removable plastic housing that at least partially surrounds each of the plurality of metal plates.
176 . The device of claim 170 , wherein the base station is formed from one or more of: silicone, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), or an antimicrobial material.
177 . The device of claim 170 , wherein the accessory comprises one or more of:
a brush, a sponge, a kitchen accessory, a bathroom accessory, or a tool.
178 . The device of claim 170 , wherein the mounting mechanism comprises one or more of:
a suction cup, microsuction tape, Geckskin, removable very high bond (VHB) tape, dual lock tape, a magnetic anchor, a tacky vacuum membrane, a thin film, or a plastic-like thin film.
179 . A detachable accessory system, comprising:
at least one accessory; a caddy device configured to detachably couple the at least one accessory to the caddy device; and a mounting mechanism configured to semi-permanently mount the caddy device to a surface.
180 . The system of claim 179 , wherein the mounting mechanism comprises one or more of:
a suction cup, microsuction tape, Geckskin, removable very high bond (VHB) tape, dual lock tape, a magnetic anchor, a tacky vacuum membrane, a thin film, or a plastic-like thin film.
181 . The system of claim 180 , wherein the caddy device comprises one or more attachment points, the caddy device further comprising one or more caddy attachment mechanisms embedded therein, wherein each of the one or more caddy attachment mechanisms corresponds to one of the one or more attachment points.
182 . The system of claim 181 , wherein the accessory comprises an accessory attachment mechanism configured to pair with at least one or the one or more caddy attachment mechanisms, such that the accessory is detachably coupled to the caddy device.
183 . The system of claim 182 , wherein each of the one or more caddy attachment mechanisms comprises a metal plate, and wherein the accessory attachment mechanism comprises a magnet, and wherein the accessory is detachably coupled to the caddy device by a magnetic force.
184 . The system of claim 182 , wherein each of the one or more caddy attachment mechanisms comprises a magnet, and wherein the accessory attachment mechanism comprises a metal plate, and wherein the accessory is detachably coupled to the caddy device by a magnetic force.
185 . The system of claim 181 , wherein a body of the caddy device is formed from one or more of: silicone, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), or an antimicrobial material.
186 . The system of claim 185 , wherein the body of the caddy device is configured to completely surround the one or more caddy attachment mechanisms.
187 . The system of claim 181 , wherein the one or more attachment points are disposed on a first face of the caddy device, and wherein the mounting mechanism is configured to semi-permanently mount the caddy device to the surface by connecting to the surface and a second face of the caddy device, different from the first face.
188 . A detachable accessory system, comprising:
at least one accessory comprising an accessory attachment mechanism; a caddy device comprising a caddy attachment mechanism, the caddy device configured to detachably couple the at least one accessory to the caddy device via a magnetic force generated between the accessory attachment mechanism and the caddy attachment mechanism; and a Geckskin membrane configured to semi-permanently mount the caddy device to a surface.
189 . The system of claim 188 , wherein the caddy device is formed from one or more of: silicone, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), or an antimicrobial material.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
