Tank Protector for a Vaporizer Cartridge

Abstract

A vaporizer cartridge and tank guard including an elongated member. The long member is a cylindrical member. The long member has a vertical hole located through a middle section. The interior of the hole is surrounded by a flexible material. This material allows a glass cartridge or tank to be removably secured within the hole. A second material is placed around the flexible material. The second material is a hard, protective material that prevents the cylinder from being crushed. The long member has an ergonomic exterior. This exterior is created by tapering the long member inward at the center.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A tank protector for a vaporizer cartridge, the tank protector comprising;
 an elongated member comprising a unitary structure of a single material;   wherein the elongated member is an elongated cylindrical member;   wherein the elongated member further comprises a hole disposed longitudinally therethrough;   wherein the hole comprises a consistent diameter and extends through an entire length of the elongated member between a first end of the elongated member and a second end of the elongated member, such that the elongated member is configured to receive a vaporizer through an entirety of the elongated member.   
     
     
         2 . The tank protector for a vaporizer cartridge of  claim 1 , wherein the elongated member is made from a hard foam. 
     
     
         3 . The tank protector for a vaporizer cartridge of  claim 1 , wherein the elongated member has an ergonomic design. 
     
     
         4 . The tank protector for a vaporizer cartridge of  claim 3 , where the elongated member tapers inwardly towards a middle section thereof, such that a thickness at the middle section of the elongated member is less than at each of the first and second ends. 
     
     
         5 . The tank protector for a vaporizer cartridge of  claim 1 , wherein the elongated member comprises a rigid crush resistant material. 
     
     
         6 . The tank protector for a vaporizer cartridge of  claim 1 , wherein the elongated member comprises a flexible shock resistant material. 
     
     
         7 . A vaporizer cartridge and tank protector system comprising:
 an elongated member comprising a unitary structure of a single material;   wherein the elongated member is an elongated cylindrical member;   wherein the elongated member further comprises a hole disposed longitudinally therethrough;   wherein the hole comprises a consistent diameter and extends through an entire length of the elongated member between a first end of the elongated member and a second end of the elongated member   a vaporizer comprising a housing having a working end opposite a terminal end;   a mouthpiece disposed at the working end;   a liquid container affixed to the housing between the mouthpiece and the terminal end;   wherein the elongated member removably secures over the liquid container via the hole, such that the mouthpiece extends beyond one of the first and second ends of the elongated member.   
     
     
         8 . The system of  claim 7 , wherein the elongated member is made from a hard foam. 
     
     
         9 . The system of  claim 7 , wherein the elongated member has an ergonomic design. 
     
     
         10 . The system of  claim 9 , where the elongated member tapers inwardly towards a middle section thereof, such that a thickness at the middle section of the elongated member is less than at each of the first and second ends. 
     
     
         11 . The system of  claim 7 , wherein the elongated member comprises a rigid crush resistant material. 
     
     
         12 . The system of  claim 7 , wherein the elongated member comprises a flexible shock resistant material. 
     
     
         13 . The system of  claim 7 , wherein the liquid container comprises an atomizer therein, the atomizer configured to vaporize a liquid disposed within the liquid container. 
     
     
         14 . The system of  claim 7 , wherein the elongated member comprises a length equivalent to a length of the liquid container.
