Abstract
A display device is provided and includes a first substrate having a display region and a frame region around the display region; a coloring layer disposed on the first substrate; a first insulation layer disposed on the coloring layer; a light shielding layer disposed in a matrix in the display region on the first insulation layer; a second insulation layer disposed on the light shielding layer; and an alignment mark disposed in the frame region on the first substrate, wherein a material of the alignment mark is the same as a material of the coloring layer.

1 . A display device comprising:
a first substrate having a display region and a frame region around the display region; a coloring layer disposed on the first substrate; a first insulation layer disposed on the coloring layer; a light shielding layer disposed in a matrix in the display region on the first insulation layer; a second insulation layer disposed on the light shielding layer; and an alignment mark disposed in the frame region on the first substrate, wherein a material of the alignment mark is the same as a material of the coloring layer.
2 . The display device according to claim 1 , wherein a color of the alignment mark is blue.
3 . The display device according to claim 1 , further comprising a spacer that is disposed to overlap the light shielding layer when viewed in a first direction perpendicular to the first substrate.
4 . The display device according to claim 3 , wherein a material of the spacer is the same as a material of the second insulation layer.
5 . The display device according to claim 4 , wherein the spacer is integrated with the second insulation layer.
6 . The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the light shielding layer is a single layer when viewed in a first direction perpendicular to the first substrate.
7 . The display device according to claim 1 , wherein
the first insulation layer overlaps an entire area of the coloring layer and an entire area of the light shielding layer, when viewed in a first direction perpendicular to the first substrate.
8 . The display device according to claim 1 , wherein
a part of the first insulation layer in the frame region part is in direct contact with the first substrate, and the part of the first insulation layer in the frame region extends along one side of the first substrate.
9 . A display device comprising:
a first substrate having a display region and a frame region around the display region; a coloring layer disposed on the first substrate; a first insulation layer disposed on the coloring layer; a light shielding layer disposed in a matrix in the display region on the first insulation layer; a second insulation layer disposed on the light shielding layer; and an alignment mark disposed in the frame region on the first substrate, wherein a layer of alignment mark is the same as the coloring layer in the display region.
10 . The display device according to claim 9 , wherein a color of the alignment mark is blue.
11 . The display device according to claim 9 , further comprising:
a spacer that is disposed to overlap the light shielding layer when viewed in a first direction perpendicular to the first substrate.
12 . The display device according to claim 11 , wherein a material of the spacer is the same as a material of the second insulation layer.
13 . The display device according to claim 12 , wherein the spacer is integrated with the second insulation layer.
14 . The display device according to claim 9 , wherein the light shielding layer is a single layer when viewed in a first direction perpendicular to the first substrate.
15 . The display device according to claim 9 , wherein
the first insulation layer overlaps an entire area of the coloring layer and an entire area of the light shielding layer, when viewed in a first direction perpendicular to the first substrate.
16 . The display device according to claim 9 , wherein
