Abstract

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards a self-ventilating footwear assembly comprising: one or more cylindrical and barrel shaped profile structures includes one or more spore structures, the one or more spore structures is configured to provide ventilation and protection to the foot of the wearer, and one or more conical shape profile structures integrating with the one or more cylindrical and barrel shaped profile structures and which is configured to connect an outer surface of a shoe vamp. The self-ventilating footwear assembly further comprising a hollow portion of the interior structure configured to allow the air passed through the one or more conical shape profile structures for providing both superior ventilation and protection to the foot of the wearer, and the specialized structures is configured to provide physical protection and shock absorption against object striking the top and sides of the wearer's foot.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A self-ventilating footwear assembly, comprising:
one or more cylindrical and barrel shaped profile structures comprising one or more spore structures, whereby the one or more spore structures configured to provide ventilation and protection to a foot of a wearer; one or more conical shape profile structures integrated with the one or more cylindrical and barrel shaped profile structures, the one or more conical shape profile structures configured to connect an outer surface of a shoe vamp; an interior structure is similar to an exterior structure of the one or more spore structures, a space between the interior structure and the exterior structure filled with a cushioning material or cushioning gel; and a hollow portion at the interior structure of the one or more cylindrical and barrel shaped profile structures configured to allow the air through the one or more conical shape profile structures for providing superior ventilation and protection to the foot of the wearer.

2 . The self-ventilating footwear assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the one or more cylindrical and barrel shaped profile structures placed on the outer surface of the shoe vamp, a toe box and an upper portion.

3 . The self-ventilating footwear assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the one or more conical shape profile structures comprising a filter membrane configured to permit the air for preventing dust and dirt from reaching the wearer's foot through the one or more cylindrical and barrel shaped profile structures.

4 . The self-ventilating footwear assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the one or more cylindrical and barrel shaped profile structures configured to provide physical protection and shock absorption against an object striking the top and sides of the wearer's foot.

5 . The self-ventilating footwear assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the exterior structure and the interior structure are constructed from number of materials having beneficial shock-absorbing proprieties, natural or synthetic rubber, various plastics and polymers, vinyl and any other natural or synthetic material commonly used in shoe fabrication.

6 . The self-ventilating footwear assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the one or more cylindrical and barrel shaped profile structures are placed on the shoe outer surface for providing ventilation and protection to the feet of the wearer.

7 . The self-ventilating footwear assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the one or more cylindrical and barrel shaped profile structures placed at other locations on the exterior of the shoe, sides and the tongue of the shoe.

8 . A for providing ventilation and protection to a wearer, comprising:
integrating one or more conical shape profile structures with one or more cylindrical and barrel shaped profile structures; connecting the one or more conical shape profile structures to an outer surface of a shoe vamp; forming a space between an interior structure and an exterior structure of one or more spore structures, whereby the one or more spore structures filled with a cushioning material or cushioning gel; flowing air through the one or more cylindrical and barrel shaped profile structures by a filter membrane for preventing dust and dirt from reaching a wearer's foot; and passing the air through the one or more conical shape profile structures by a hollow portion of the interior structure for providing superior ventilation and protection to a foot of the wearer.
