An absorbent article may be constructed by printing graphics on webs used to form discrete components that are joined together at seams to form the absorbent article.

         1 . An absorbent article, comprising:
 a first component comprising graphics;   a second component comprising graphics;   wherein the first and the second components have different elastic properties;   wherein the second component is an outer cover, wherein the outer cover is biaxially stretchable;   a waist band zone comprising graphics representative of a waistband, wherein the waistband zone comprises a field of color that gradates longitudinally; and   a leg band zone comprising graphics representative of a leg band.
