User device and method for creating handwriting content

Abstract

A method for creating handwriting content is provided. The method includes displaying handwriting letters being input, extracting at least one candidate handwriting word stored in advance in response to the input handwriting letters, displaying the extracted at least one candidate handwriting word, and replacing the input handwriting letters with a candidate handwriting word selected from among the displayed at least one candidate handwriting word.

1 . An electronic device, comprising:
 a touchscreen display; and   at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
 control the touchscreen display to display a user interface of a memo application for receiving a handwriting input, 
 receive the handwriting input through the user interface of the memo application, 
 based on the received handwriting input, display a handwriting object with a underline, wherein the handwriting object is associated with a URL with respect to a web site, 
 receive a first user input with respect to the handwriting object while the underline is displayed, and 
 based on the first user input, display, via the touchscreen display, an execution screen of an internet application with respect to the web site. 
   
     
     
         2 . The electronic device of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to identify the handwriting object as a keyword. 
     
     
         3 . The electronic device of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to underline only the URL with respect to the web site between the URL and another handwriting object. 
     
     
         4 . The electronic device of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to refrain from underlining to the handwriting object when a pop-up window for changing a property of the handwriting input. 
     
     
         5 . The electronic device of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to change a color of the URL from a first color to a second color. 
     
     
         6 . The electronic device of  claim 1 ,
 wherein the handwriting object further includes an e-mail address, and   wherein the at least one processor is further configured to underline the e-mail address and the URL.   
     
     
         7 . A method for controlling an electronic device, comprising:
 displaying, via a touchscreen display of the electronic device, a user interface of a memo application for receiving a handwriting input;   receiving the handwriting input through the user interface of the memo application;   based on the receiving the handwriting input, displaying a handwriting object with a underline, wherein the handwriting object is associated with a URL with respect to a web site;   receiving a first user input with respect to the handwriting object while the underline is displayed; and   based on the first user input, displaying, via the touchscreen display, an execution screen of an internet application with respect to the web site.   
     
     
         8 . The method of  claim 7 , further comprising identifying the handwriting object as a keyword. 
     
     
         9 . The method of  claim 7 , further comprising underlining only the URL with respect to the web site between the URL and another handwriting object. 
     
     
         10 . The method of  claim 7 , further comprising refraining from underlining to the handwriting object when a pop-up window for changing a property of the handwriting input. 
     
     
         11 . The method of  claim 7 , further comprising changing a color of the URL from a first color to a second color. 
     
     
         12 . The method of  claim 7 ,
 wherein the handwriting object further includes an e-mail address, and   wherein the method further comprises underlining the e-mail address and the URL.   
     
     
         13 . The electronic device of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to display, via the touchscreen display, the execution screen of the internet application with respect to the web site by replacing the user interface of the memo application. 
     
     
         14 . The method of  claim 7 , further comprising displaying, via the touchscreen display, the execution screen of the internet application with respect to the web site by replacing the user interface of the memo application.
