. The skipping rope according to claim 1 , wherein when the rope is brought into the position for adjusting the length of the skipping rope, the rope is configured to wind on the internal cylindrical section by twisting the external sleeve section in relation to the internal cylindrical section, depending on what direction the rope is twisted in, or to unwind the rope from the internal cylindrical section, wherein, when the rope is in the position for using the skipping rope, the rope may be either blocked or unblocked by twisting the external sleeve section in relation to the internal cylindrical section.

. The skipping rope according to claim 2 , wherein the internal cylindrical section is provided with a spiral groove extending over almost an entire length of the internal cylindrical section with a pitch which is slightly greater than a thickness of the rope and wherein the rope is guided in the spiral groove while the rope is being wound on the internal cylindrical section, when the rope has been brought into the position for adjusting the length.

. The skipping rope according to claim 3 , wherein the internal cylindrical section is provided with a notch at a free end of the internal cylindrical section extending axially according to a central axis of the internal cylindrical section, wherein the notch has a width corresponding to the thickness of the rope, so that the rope may be inserted in a fitting manner and/or clamped in the notch and thus extends axially from the at least one handle according to the position of the rope for using the skipping rope.

. The skipping rope according to claim 4 , wherein the cylindrical wall has a widened, elongated opening extending according to the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical wall and wherein the bottom is provided with a central opening in a middle and a slot extending radially as of the central opening up to the cylindrical wall and through the cylindrical wall according to the longitudinal direction up to the widened, elongated opening.

. The skipping rope according to claim 5 , wherein characterised in that the slot in the external sleeve section is narrower than the widened, elongated opening, with a width practically corresponding to the thickness of the rope, so as to allow the rope to move between a position where the rope protrudes from the widened, elongated opening and a position where the rope protrudes from the central opening in the bottom, according to the position for adjusting the length of the rope and the position for using the skipping rope respectively.

. The skipping rope according to claim 6 , wherein when the rope is in the notch and protrudes through the central opening in the bottom, the rope may be blocked by twisting the external sleeve section in relation to the first section into a position where the elongated opening in the external sleeve section is no longer aligned with the notch, so that the rope is prevented from moving through the slot to the elongated opening and that, vice versa, the rope may be unblocked by twisting the external sleeve section in relation to the first section into a position wherein the elongated opening in the external sleeve section is aligned with the notch, so that the rope may move through the slot to this elongated opening.

. The skipping rope according to claim 7 , wherein the widened, elongated opening extends over a length corresponding to a length over which the spiral groove extends in the internal cylindrical section, in order to guide the rope to the spiral groove by mutually twisting the external sleeve section and the internal cylindrical section while the rope is being wound or to be able to unwind the rope when the rope protrudes through the elongated opening.

. The skipping rope according to claim 8 , wherein in order to be able to guide the section of the rope which is adjacent to a coiled section of the rope towards the notch in the internal cylindrical section, right through the spiral groove according to the longitudinal direction of the internal cylindrical section, a rectilinear groove is provided which allows to bring the rope to the free end of the internal cylindrical section, regardless of the number of turns of the coiled section of the rope, and wherein the internal cylindrical section is beveled at the free end, wherein two upright edges are provided on the beveled end which are inclined towards each other in a direction of the notch and which are positioned symmetrically in relation to the rectilinear groove, so that the rope is guided from the spiral groove through the rectilinear groove to the central axis of the first section and thus to the notch, so as to put the rope in a position of use.

. The skipping rope according to claim 9 , wherein the first section of the at least one handle is provided with a protruding, external section at one end of the internal cylindrical section which, when the at least one handle is assembled, protrudes from the external sleeve section so as to form a first handle section and wherein the external sleeve section forms a second handle section for mutually twisting both sections of the handle.

. The skipping rope according to claim 10 , wherein handholds are provided on the first section for holding the rope on one end.

. The skipping rope according to claim 10 , wherein the handholds are formed by a passage at a transition between the internal cylindrical section and the first handle section, in which the rope may be inserted and which opens in an internal section of the first handle section in which a hook-shaped element is provided for holding one end of the rope.

. The skipping rope according to claim 10 , wherein the first handle section is fitted with a cover to seal an internal section of the first handle section.

. The skipping rope according to claim 1 , wherein the two handles of the skipping rope are identical.

. The skipping rope according to claim 1 , wherein a total length of the rope of the skipping rope may be coiled in the at least one handle.

. The skipping rope according to claim 2 , wherein the two handles of the skipping rope are identical.

. The skipping rope according to claim 3 , wherein the two handles of the skipping rope are identical.

. The skipping rope according to claim 14 , wherein a total length of the rope of the skipping rope may be coiled in the two handles.
