2 . The pipe coil lifting device of claim 1 , wherein the central longitudinal member extends perpendicularly through one or more of the plurality of cross-members.
3 . The pipe coil lifting device of claim 1 , wherein:
the convex upper plate is attached on top of the central longitudinal member, on top of each of the plurality of cross-members, to a first outer side surface of the first channel, and to a second outer side surface of the second channel; and each cross-member in the plurality of cross-members is attached to a first top surface and a first inner side surface of the first channel and to a second top surface and a second inner side surface of the second channel.
4 . The pipe coil lifting device of claim 1 , wherein each cross-member in the plurality of cross-members comprises:
a first support member attached to a first top surface of the first channel and a first side surface of the central longitudinal member; and a second support member attached to a second top surface of the second channel and a second side surface of the central longitudinal member.
5 . The pipe coil lifting device of claim 1 , wherein the convex upper plate comprises:
a first upper plate section attached on top of each of the plurality of cross-members and to a first side surface of the central longitudinal member; and a second upper plate section attached on top of each of the plurality of cross-members and to a second side surface of the central longitudinal member.
6 . The pipe coil lifting device of claim 1 , wherein:
the convex upper plate is metal; and an upper surface of the convex upper plate is coated with rubber, polymer, or paint.
7 . The pipe coil lifting device of claim 1 , comprising:
a first device member secured to a first end of the central longitudinal member; a first end member secured to the first device member, wherein the first end member comprises a first cable opening configured to enable a cable to be attached to the pipe coil lifting device; a second device member secured to a second end of the central longitudinal member opposite the first device member; and a second end member secured to the second device member, wherein the second end member comprises a second cable opening configured to enable the cable to be attached to the pipe coil lifting device.
8 . A pipe coil lifting device comprising:
a plurality of forklift channels; a cross-member that extends non-parallel relative to the plurality of forklift channels; a central longitudinal member that extends non-parallel relative to the cross-member; a first end member secured to a first end of the central longitudinal member, wherein the first end member comprises a first cable opening configured to enable a crane cable to be attached to the pipe coil lifting device; a second end member secured to a second end of the central longitudinal member opposite the first end member, wherein the second end member comprises a second cable opening configured to enable the crane cable to be attached to the pipe coil lifting device; and a convex upper plate attached to the cross-member and the central longitudinal member.
9 . The pipe coil lifting device of claim 8 , comprising:
a first device member secured between the first end of the central longitudinal member and the first end member; and a second device member secured between the second end of the central longitudinal member and the second end member.
10 . The pipe coil lifting device of claim 8 , wherein the central longitudinal member extends perpendicularly through the cross-member.
11 . The pipe coil lifting device of claim 8 , wherein:
the plurality of forklift channels comprises:
a first forklift channel configured to accommodate a first tine of a forklift; and
a second forklift channel configured to accommodate a second tine of the forklift;
the convex upper plate is attached to a first outer side surface of the first forklift channel and a second outer side surface of the second forklift channel; and the cross-member is attached to a first top surface and a first inner side surface of the first forklift channel and to a second top surface and a second inner side surface of the second forklift channel.
12 . The pipe coil lifting device of claim 8 , wherein
the plurality of forklift channels comprises:
a first forklift channel configured to accommodate a first tine of a forklift; and
a second forklift channel configured to accommodate a second tine of the forklift; and
