Baby carrier and folding child seat for attachment to a chair, a pushchair or a trolley case

Abstract

Foldable seat for a child to be fastened onto a chair, an umbrella stroller or a rolling suitcase, comprising:a first part intended to be in contact with the back of the child, a second part intended to form the seat of the seat and a third part intended to be in contact with the feet of the child,the first part comprises a ring fastener near a first edge and a fastener on an edge opposite to the first edge of the second part also via rings, the second part comprising a fastener on an edge opposite to the first edge at a first edge of the third part, a fastening strap provided with fastening elements at its ends making the opposite rings joined,the seat being able to go from an unfolded position to a folded position, by folding the third part into contact with the second part, and the assembly formed by the second part and the third part then being folded into contact with the first part, this assembly cooperates at the fastening rings, with the fastening strap via the fastening elements,the seat also being provided with other fastening straps, the modularity of the fastening straps allowing the seat to acquire a function of child carrier if necessary, the assembly of the fastening straps allowing to form at least three fastening points on the chair, the umbrella stroller or the rolling suitcase,the seat also being provided with a harness allowing to maintain the child in the seat, and lateral safety straps.

1 . Foldable child seat to be fastened onto a chair, an umbrella stroller or a rolling suitcase, characterised by the fact that it comprises:
 a first part ( 2   a ) intended to be in contact with the back of the child, a second part ( 2   b ) intended to form the seat of the seat and a third part ( 2   c ) intended to be in contact with the feet of the child,   the first part ( 2   a ) comprises a ring fastener ( 26  and  27 ) near a first edge and a fastener on an edge opposite to the first edge of the second part ( 2   b ) via rings ( 28  and  29 ), the second part ( 2   b ) comprising a fastener on an edge opposite to the first edge at a first edge of the third part ( 2   c ), a fastening strap ( 3 ) provided at its ends with fastening elements ( 4 ) making the rings ( 26  and  27 ) of the first edge of the first part ( 2   a ) cooperate two by two with rings ( 28  and  29 ) on an edge opposite to a first edge of the second part ( 2   b ),   the seat being able to go from an unfolded position to a folded position, by folding the third part ( 2   c ) into contact with the second part ( 2   b ), and the assembly formed by the second part ( 2   b ) and the third part ( 2   c ) then being folded into contact with the first part ( 2   a ),   the seat also being provided with other fastening straps ( 40 , 41 ), the assembly of the fastening straps ( 3 ,  40 ,  41 ) allowing to form at least three fastening points on the chair, the umbrella stroller or the rolling suitcase,   the seat also being provided with lateral safety straps ( 54 ), the seat also being provided with a harness allowing to maintain the child in the seat.   
     
     
         2 . Foldable seat according to  claim 1 , wherein the harness is a five-point harness. 
     
     
         3 . Foldable seat according to  claim 1 , wherein the harness is fastened in a repositionable manner. 
     
     
         4 . Foldable seat according to  claim 1 , wherein each part ( 2   a ,  2   b ,  2   c ) of the seat comprises two opposite faces, each made from different materials. 
     
     
         5 . Foldable seat according to  claim 1 , wherein the fastening straps ( 3 ,  40 ,  41 ,  46   a ,  46   b ,  54 ) are provided at their ends with fastening elements ( 4 ,  38 ,  39 ,  47   a ,  47   b ,  55 ). 
     
     
         6 . Foldable seat according to  claim 5 , wherein a fastening element ( 4 ,  38 ,  39 ,  47   a ,  47   b ,  55 ) is a quick-release buckle. 
     
     
         7 . Foldable seat according to  claim 1 , wherein the fastening straps ( 3 ,  40 ,  41 ,  46   a ,  46   b ,  54 ) are fastened in a repositionable manner. 
     
     
         8 . Foldable seat according to  claim 1 , comprising at least one housing ( 12   a , 12   b ) in the first part ( 2   a ), intended to receive a shock-absorbing material and/or an inflatable cushion and/or a rigid or semi-rigid maintaining material. 
     
     
         9 . Foldable seat according to  claim 1 , wherein the first part ( 2   a ) comprises at least one housing ( 12 ) intended to be a storage pouch. 
     
     
         10 . Foldable seat according to  claim 1 , wherein the second part ( 2   b ) comprises at least one housing ( 13   a , 13   b ), intended to receive a shock-absorbing material and/or an inflatable cushion. 
     
     
         11 . Foldable seat according to  claim 1 , wherein the third part ( 2   c ) comprises at least one housing, intended to place the unused straps. 
     
     
         12 . Foldable seat according to  claim 1 , wherein the lateral maintaining straps ( 54 ) are adjustable. 
     
     
         13 . Foldable seat according to  claim 1 , wherein the lateral maintaining straps ( 54 ) are fastened in a repositionable manner. 
     
     
         14 . Foldable seat according to  claim 1 , allowing to form a child carrier by the assembly of the fastening straps ( 3 ,  40 ,  41 ,  46   a ,  46   b ), characterised by the fact that it comprises:
 a first part ( 2   a ) intended to be in contact with the back of the child, a second part ( 2   b ) intended to form the seat of the child carrier and a third part ( 2   c ) intended to be in contact with the pelvis and the thighs of the wearer,   a fastening strap ( 3 ) cooperates with rings ( 36  and  37 ) by fastening elements ( 4 ) and is placed around the waist of the wearer,   other fastening straps ( 40 , 41 ) cooperate with other rings ( 30 ,  32 ,  31 ,  33 ) by fastening elements ( 38 , 39 ) and are placed at the shoulders and the back of the wearer like shoulder straps of a backpack, and   other straps ( 46   a , 46   b ) cooperate by fastening elements ( 47   a , 47   b ) and ensure the rigid connection and the security of the dorsal straps ( 40 , 41 ) and comfort for the wearer.
