 at least one processor component; at least one memory component; and at least one communications component, wherein the administration entity system is configured to:
 receive device order data from the electronic device, wherein the received device order data is indicative of an order for an item of value of the service provider system to be stored on the electronic device;
 transmit administration order data to the service provider system based on the received device order data, wherein the administration order data is indicative of the order for the item of value;
 receive service provider fulfillment data from the service provider system based on the transmitted administration order data, wherein the service provider fulfillment data comprises the item of value; and
 transmit administration fulfillment data to the electronic device based on the received service provider fulfillment data, wherein the administration fulfillment data comprises the item of value.

         12 . The administration entity system of claim 11 , wherein the item of value comprises a script configured to update a balance of a stored value on the electronic device.

         13 . The administration entity system of claim 11 , wherein the transmitted administration fulfillment data is configured to provision the item of value on a secure element of the electronic device.

         14 . The administration entity system of claim 11 , wherein:
 the transmitted administration fulfillment data is configured to provision the item of value on the electronic device; and the provisioned item of value enables the electronic device to access a product of the service provider system.

         15 . The administration entity system of claim 11 , wherein:
 the administration entity system is further configured to encrypt a portion of the received service provider fulfillment data using a shared secret of the administration entity system and a secure element of the electronic device; and the administration fulfillment data comprises the encrypted portion of the received service provider fulfillment data.

         16 . The administration entity system of claim 15 , wherein the portion of the received service provider fulfillment data comprises the item of value.

         17 . The administration entity system of claim 11 , wherein:
 the administration entity system is further configured to encrypt a portion of the received device order data using a shared secret of the administration entity system and the service provider system; and the administration order data comprises the encrypted portion of the received device order data.

         18 . The administration entity system of claim 17 , wherein the portion of the received device order data comprises payment data operative to fund the fulfillment of the order.

         19 . The administration entity system of claim 11 , wherein:
 the administration entity system is further configured to identify the service provider system indicated by the received device order data; the administration entity system is further configured to determine if the identified service provider system is trusted by the administration entity system; and the administration entity system is configured to transmit the administration order data to the service provider system based on the received device order data when the administration entity system determines that the identified service provider system is trusted by the administration entity system.

         20 . A product comprising:
 a non-transitory computer-readable medium; and computer-readable instructions, stored on the non-transitory computer-readable medium, that, when executed, are effective to cause a computer to:
 receive, from a source electronic device, device order data indicative of an order for an item of value of a service provider system to be stored on a target electronic device;
 transmit, to the service provider system, authorization order data that comprises at least a portion of the device order data indicative of the order;
 in response to the transmitted authorization order data, receive, from the service provider system, service provider fulfillment data that comprises the item of value; and
 transmit, to the target electronic device, at least the item value of the received service provider fulfillment data.

         21 . The product of claim 20 , wherein the item of value comprises a script configured to update a balance of a stored value on the electronic device.

         22 . The product of  claim 20 , wherein:
 the provisioned item of value enables the electronic device to access a product of the service provider system.

         23 . A method comprising:
 receiving device order data from an electronic device, wherein the received device order data is indicative of an order for an item of value provided by a service provider system; transmitting administration order data to the service provider system based on the received device order data, wherein the administration order data is indicative of the order for the item of value; receiving service provider fulfillment data from the service provider system based on the transmitted administration order data, wherein the service provider fulfillment data is indicative of the item of value; and transmit administration fulfillment data to the electronic device based on the received service provider fulfillment data, wherein the administration fulfillment data is indicative of the item of value.

         24 . The method of claim 23 , wherein the item of value comprises a script configured to update a balance of a stored value on the electronic device.

         25 . The method of claim 23 , wherein the transmitted administration fulfillment data is configured to provision the item of value on a secure element of the electronic device.

         26 . The method of  claim 23 , wherein:
 the transmitted administration fulfillment data is configured to provision the item of value on the electronic device; and the provisioned item of value enables the electronic device to access a product of the service provider system.

         27 . The method of claim 23 , further comprising:
 encrypting a portion of the received service provider fulfillment data using a shared secret, wherein the administration fulfillment data comprises the encrypted portion of the received service provider fulfillment data.
