 an inner firearm barrel made of a first material; and an outer sleeve secured to said inner firearm barrel, said outer sleeve made of a second material, wherein the coefficient of expansion (COE) of said first material and the second material are the same.

         2 . The firearm barrel assembly of claim 1 , wherein said first material comprises steel.

         3 . The firearm barrel assembly of claim 2 , wherein said second material comprises a carbon fiber material.

         4 . The firearm assembly of claim 1 further comprising a second outer non-metal sleeve having a COE the same as said first material and said second material.

         5 . The firearm assembly of claim 1 , wherein openings are located within said outer sleeve.

         6 . A firearm barrel assembly comprising
 a barrel tube comprising:
 an outer barrel surface;
 an inner barrel surface;
 an entrance end;
 a threaded exit end; and
   a raised section located on said outer barrel surface near said entrance end; a non-metal outer sleeve having an inner surface, said non-metal sleeve configured to be concentrically secured to said barrel tube; an air gap formed between said barrel tube and said non-metal sleeve; and a sleeve nut comprising:
 a sleeve inner thread; and
 an outer surface of said sleeve nut in contact with said inner surface of said non-metal outer sleeve;
   wherein said sleeve inner thread is threaded onto said threaded exit end of said barrel tube to retain said non-metal sleeve at a compression, and to maintain said concentric configuration of said barrel tube and said non-metal sleeve, and to place tension on said barrel tube, said sleeve nut positioned between said threaded exit end and said raised section of said barrel tube.

         7 . The firearm barrel assembly according to claim 6 further comprising a bonding substance to secure said non-metal tube to said raise section.

         8 . The firearm barrel assembly according to claim 6 further comprising a second sleeve nut for securing said non-metal sleeve to said raised section of said barrel rube.

         9 . The firearm barrel assembly according to claim 6 further comprising a bushing and a second non-metal sleeve concentrically arranged and retained on said barrel tube, said bushing located between said non-metal sleeve and said second non-metal sleeve.

         10 . The firearm barrel assembly according to claim 9 wherein said bushing further comprises an inner surface that mates with said outer surface of said barrel tube.

         11 . The firearm barrel assembly according to claim 10 wherein said outer surface of said barrel tube further comprises a second raised section, wherein said second raised section mates with said bushing inner surface.

         12 . The firearm barrel according to claim 11 wherein said inner surface of said bushing comprises a threaded section that is threaded onto a threaded section of said raise section.

         13 . The firearm barrel according to claim 12 wherein said non-metal sleeve and said second non-metal sleeve comprise respective threaded sections that are threaded onto said threaded section of said raise section.

         14 . The firearm barrel of claim 6 further comprising openings in said non-metal sleeve.

         15 . The firearm barrel of claim 9 further comprising openings in said non-metal sleeve and said second non-metal sleeve.

         16 . The firearm barrel assembly according to claim 6 wherein said outer surface of said barrel tube comprises at least one intermediate raised section located between said entrance end and said exit end of said barrel tube, said intermediate raised section abutting said inner surface of said non-metal section.

         17 . The firearm barrel according to claim 16 further comprising a plurality of intermediate raised sections, said raised sections abutting said inner surface of said non-metal section.

         18 . The firearm barrel according to claim 17 wherein said intermediate raised sections are equally spaced along said barrel tube.

         19 . A gas bushing for use in a fire arm barrel assembly, the fire arm barrel assembly comprising a barrel tube having a gas escape hole and a first and a second non-metal sleeve concentrically spaced apart from said barrel tube, the gas bushing comprising:
 a bushing sleeve having:
 an inner diameter;
   a first end having a first reduced diameter; a second end having a second reduced diameter; a threaded gas escape and fastener hole formed through said gas bushing and arranged to be aligned with said gas escape hole of said barrel tube, a second hole having a threaded tap; a gas block having a hole aligned with said gas escape an fastener hole; and a threaded fastener inserted through said gas block hole and into said second hole of said bushing sleeve, said threaded fastener threaded into said threaded tap to secure said gas block to said bushing sleeve.

         20 . The gas bushing according to claim 19 , wherein said gas bushing provide constant pressure between said barrel tube and said first and said second non-metal sleeves when said barrel assembly is in use.
