Abstract

Methods of treating cancer are provided that include administering glycan-interacting antibodies. Included are anti-sialyl Tn antigen antibodies and related compositions and formulations suitable to achieve desirable bioactivity, bioavailability, and toxicity levels.

A method of treating cancer in a subject comprising administering an antibody, wherein said antibody is administered at a dose of from about 1 mg/kg to about 10 mg/kg, wherein said antibody has a terminal half-life of from about 50 hours to about 200 hours, and wherein said antibody binds sialyl Tn antigen (STn).
