Abstract
An atomizer and an aerosol generating device with the atomizer are provided. The atomizer includes a liquid storage assembly and an atomizing assembly. A liquid storage chamber is provided in the liquid storage assembly. The liquid storage assembly is provided with a smoke outlet. The atomizing assembly is disposed at one end of the liquid storage assembly opposite to the smoke outlet. An atomizing chamber is provided in the atomizing assembly. A liquid inlet and an air inlet passage are provided in the atomizing assembly. The atomizing assembly includes a liquid absorbing member. The liquid absorbing member is arranged between the liquid storage chamber and the atomizing chamber to separate direct communication between the liquid storage chamber and the atomizing chamber. An air outlet end of the air inlet passage is located closer to the smoke outlet compared to the liquid absorbing member.

An atomizer comprising a liquid storage assembly and an atomizing assembly, wherein a liquid storage chamber is provided in the liquid storage assembly, the liquid storage assembly is provided with a smoke outlet, the atomizing assembly is disposed at one end of the liquid storage assembly opposite to the smoke outlet, an atomizing chamber is provided in the atomizing assembly, the smoke outlet communicates with the atomizing chamber, a liquid inlet and an air inlet passage are provided in the atomizing assembly, the liquid inlet communicates the liquid storage chamber and the atomizing chamber, the atomizing assembly comprises a liquid absorbing member, the liquid absorbing member is arranged between the liquid storage chamber and the atomizing chamber to separate direct communication between the liquid storage chamber and the atomizing chamber, the air inlet passage communicates with the atomizing chamber, an air outlet end of the air inlet passage is located closer to the smoke outlet compared to the liquid absorbing member.

The atomizer according to claim 1 , wherein the atomizing assembly further comprises an atomizing base, the atomizing base is recessed to form a mounting groove, the mounting groove communicates with the liquid storage chamber, the air inlet passage is provided at the atomizing base, the liquid absorbing member is accommodated in the mounting groove.

The atomizer according to claim 2 , wherein the atomizing base extends upward in an axial direction to form an air guiding pipe, the air inlet passage is formed by an inner cavity of the atomizing base and an inner cavity of the air guiding pipe, an opening at a lower end of the atomizing base forms an air inlet end, the air inlet end communicates with the air inlet passage, the air outlet end is formed by an opening at an upper end of the air guiding pipe.

The atomizer according to claim 2 , wherein the atomizing assembly further comprises a connecting member, the connecting member is located at an upper end of the atomizing base, the liquid inlet is provided in the connecting member, the liquid inlet communicates with the liquid storage chamber and the mounting groove.
5 . The atomizer according to claim 1 , wherein the atomizing assembly is further provided with a liquid blocking member, the liquid blocking member is configured for filtering the air flowing from the atomizing chamber to the smoke outlet.
6 . The atomizer according to claim 4 , wherein an upper end surface of the liquid absorbing member is in contact with a lower end surface of the connecting member and is aligned with the liquid inlet.
7 . The atomizer according to claim 2 , wherein the atomizing assembly further comprises a heating member, the heating member is sandwiched between the liquid absorbing member and a bottom wall of the mounting groove.
8 . The atomizer according to claim 7 , wherein a heat insulating member is arranged between the heating member and the bottom wall of the mounting groove.
9 . The atomizer according to claim 2 , wherein the liquid storage assembly comprises a liquid storage tube and a vent tube disposed in the liquid storage tube, the smoke outlet is provided in the liquid storage tube, a lower end of the liquid storage tube is sleeved at the outside of the atomizing base, the liquid storage chamber is jointly enclosed by an inner wall of the liquid storage tube, an outer wall of the vent tube and the atomizing assembly.

The atomizer according to claim 1 , wherein the atomizing assembly further comprises an atomizing base, an upper end surface of the atomizing base is recessed to form a mounting groove, a bottom wall of the mounting groove extends upward along an axial direction of the atomizing base to form an air guiding pipe, the air inlet passage is formed by an inner cavity of the atomizing base and an inner cavity of the air guiding pipe, an opening at a lower end of the atomizing base forms an air inlet end of the air inlet passage, an opening at an upper end of the air guiding pipe forms the air outlet end of the air inlet passage, the liquid absorbing member is accommodated in the mounting groove, the air outlet end of the air inlet passage is higher than an upper end surface of the liquid absorbing member.
11 . The atomizer according to claim 10 , wherein the atomizing assembly further comprises a heating member, the heating member is sandwiched between a lower end surface of the liquid absorbing member and the bottom wall of the mounting groove.

The atomizer according to claim 11 , wherein a heat insulating member is further arranged between the heating member and the bottom wall of the mounting groove, two electrode connecting members are installed to the atomizing base, an upper end of each electrode connecting member is provided with an inserting groove, two pins are provided at both ends of the heating member, each pin passes through the heat insulating member and then is inserted into a corresponding inserting groove to electrically connected with a corresponding electrode connecting member.

The atomizer according to claim 10 , wherein the liquid storage assembly further includes a vent tube disposed in the liquid storage tube, an inside of the vent tube is hollow to form a smoke outlet passage, the atomizing assembly further includes a connecting member installed at a top end of the atomizing base, a lower end surface of the connecting member abuts against an upper end surface of the atomizing base, the connecting member is provided with a liquid inlet communicating with the mounting groove and the liquid storage chamber, an upper end surface of the liquid absorbing member is in contact with the lower end surface of the connecting member and is aligned with the liquid inlet, a top wall of the connecting member extends upward along an axial direction of the connecting member to form a hollow connecting pipe, an upper end of the connecting pipe is connected with the vent tube, an inner cavity of the connecting pipe communicates with the smoke outlet passage and the atomizing chamber.
14 . The atomizer according to claim 13 , wherein a liquid blocking member is provided between the vent tube and the connecting member, the liquid blocking member is provided with a plurality of vent holes.
