Abstract

A potential of a gate of a driving transistor is fixed, and the driving transistor is operated in a saturation region, so that a current is supplied thereto anytime. A current control transistor operating in a linear region is disposed serially with the driving transistor, and a video signal for transmitting a signal of emission or non-emission of the pixel is input to a gate of the current control transistor via a switching transistor.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . (canceled)

         2 . A light-emitting device comprising a pixel, the pixel comprising:
a transistor including an active layer, a first power line, and a second power line, wherein the active layer of the transistor is a wound active layer, wherein, in a top view, a first conductive film functioning as the first power line extends in a first direction, and wherein, in the top view, a second conductive film functioning as the second power line extends in a second direction that intersects with the first direction and overlaps the wound active layer.

         3 . A light-emitting device comprising a pixel, the pixel comprising:
a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor including an active layer, a fourth transistor, a light-emitting element, a signal line, a first scan line, a second scan line, a first power line, and a second power line, wherein one of a source and a drain of the first transistor is electrically connected to one of a source and a drain of the second transistor, wherein one of a source and a drain of the third transistor is electrically connected to one of a source and a drain of the fourth transistor, wherein the other of the source and the drain of the first transistor is electrically connected to the signal line, wherein a gate of the first transistor is electrically connected to the first scan line, wherein the other of the source and the drain of the second transistor are electrically connected to the first power line, wherein a gate of the second transistor is electrically connected to the second scan line, wherein the other of the source and the drain of the fourth transistor is electrically connected to the light-emitting element, wherein the active layer of the third transistor is a wound active layer, wherein, in a top view, a first conductive film functioning as the first power line extends in a first direction, and wherein, in the top view, a second conductive film functioning as the second power line extends in a second direction that intersects with the first direction and overlaps the wound active layer.

         4 . The light-emitting device according to claim 3 ,
wherein, in the top view, a third conductive film functioning as the first scan line and a fourth conductive film functioning as the second scan line extends in the second direction.
