Abstract

Provided is a dental pretreatment material for dental tissue regeneration by use of dental pulp stem cells, particularly a dental pretreatment material effectively enabling dental tissue regeneration even by use of dental pulp stem cells of middle-aged or older individuals. The dental pretreatment material is characterized by comprising a serine protease, specifically trypsin. The dental pretreatment material comprising trypsin is used as an injection into a root canal before a root canal filling material comprising dental pulp stem cells and an extracellular matrix is inserted into the root canal as an attempt to regenerate a dental pulp and a dentin. The root canal filling material includes an ALK5 inhibitor, a CCR3 antagonist, or a CCL11 neutralizing antibody.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A method for regenerating a dental tissue, comprising a step of injecting a dental pretreatment material including a serine protease into a pulpectomized root canal of a subject.

2 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the serine protease is a chymotrypsin-like serine protease.

3 . The method according to claim 2 , wherein the chymotrypsin-like serine protease is trypsin.

4 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the dental pretreatment material further comprises nanobubbles, wherein the nanobubbles including a vesicle comprised of lipid and a gas or a gas precursor filling the vesicle.

5 . The method according to claim 4 , wherein the nanobubbles have a diameter ranging from 10 nm to 500 nm.

6 . The method according to claim 1 , further comprising a step of inserting a root canal filler including dental pulp stem cells and an extracellular matrix into the root canal after injecting the dental pretreatment material,
wherein the dental pulp stem cells are autologous or allogeneic dental pulp stem cells in an individual of middle or advanced age.
