Airtight metal pipes across inner spaces of non-Styrofoam, non-Plastic inner frame of refrigerators

Abstract

In all freezers and refrigerators all have integral plastic inner frame and the refrigerator door mezzanine both are filled with injection-type Styrofoam to keep cold. The plastic inner frames and Styrofoam are both environmentally unfriendly and difficult to recycle and wasteful a lot of energy.

1 . A process for manufacturing an airtight metal pipes across inner spaces of non-Styrofoam, non-Plastic inner frame of refrigerators having the following characteristics:
 Between the metal door frames ( 10 ) of the refrigerator/freezer and the metal inner door penal ( 102 ), there is an airtight inner space ( 101 ) built in;   The metal box frame and cover lid for fresh cooling/warm preservation and transportation, having an airtight inner spaces;   The metal box frame ( 13 ) without door of the five-sided refrigerator-freezer is placed in the larger five-sided outer metal box frame ( 11 ). Between the two five-sided inner and outer box frames, there are metal pipes ( 121 ˜ 125 ) that keep out of contact with the metal frame wall and penetrate the inner and outer boxes and frames across an airtight inner spaces ( 12 );   The refrigerant passes through the metal pipe, and its length is the same as the connection distance between parts. It is air tightly welded between the holes passing through the metal outer frame wall of the refrigerator and freezer and the corresponding hole of the metal inner frame wall. Wherein the refrigerant of the compressor ( 14 ) is transported through the metal pipe to the condenser ( 15 ) element, to the radiator ( 16 ), which returns to the compressor ( 15 ) to complete the cycle through the metal pipe line of ( 121 , 122 , 123 );   The temperature controller and frequency conversion circuit ( 17 ), the control light source circuit to the control box ( 171 ) are pass through the metal pipe ( 124 ), and the inner dripping water ( 151 ) are led to the bottom evaporation tray ( 152 ) by pipe ( 125 ), which are air tightly welded of the inner spaces that is penetrated and traversed;   The freezer zone and the multiple refrigeration zones that the said refrigerant passing through the metal pipes are included, and the airtight inner spaces are built in;   The above mentioned airtight inner spaces in the refrigerators/freezers with heat insulation are air tightly welded to an exhaust valve ( 20 ).
