Claims

Abstract

The present invention provides a highly mass-productive and versatile expansion sheet body, an expansible package, and packaging method. A plurality of cells 22 defined by cell seals 41 for joining overlapped films together are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other, and a fluid is introduced from the upstream side into the cells 22 , thereby expanding the cells 33 . At least one of the cells 22 is provided with an unexpanded region 36 in the mid-stream section in the midway from the upstream side to the downstream side. A cell seal 41 in a region downstream of the unexpanded region 36 is provided with a connection part which permits flowing of the fluid between the cell seal 41 and an adjacent cell seal 41 . The unexpanded region 36 is used as a placement part 26 for a plane sheet 25 and an overlapped part 27.

1 . An expansion sheet body in which a plurality of cells defined by a cell seal for joining overlapped films together are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other, and the cells are constituted such that the cells are expanded by a fluid introduced from an upstream side thereinto,
 wherein at least one of the cells is provided with an unexpanded region in which the cell is not expanded in a mid-stream section in a midway from the upstream side to a downstream side,   wherein the cell provided with the unexpanded region is provided with a connection part that allows a fluid to flow between an adjacent cell at the cell seal on the downstream side than the unexpanded region, and   wherein the cell provided with the unexpanded region is constituted such that a region at the downstream side than the unexpanded region of the cell is expanded by the fluid from the connection part.   
     
     
         2 . The expansion sheet body according to  claim 1 , wherein a front surface side of the unexpanded region is a placement part of a plane sheet. 
     
     
         3 . The expansion sheet body according to  claim 1 , wherein a bending seal part is provided in at least one of the cells, and wherein the cell is bent from the bending seal part to have a three-dimensional shape. 
     
     
         4 . The expansion sheet body according to  claim 1 , wherein a superposition part in which the cells are overlapped with each other is provided, and wherein at least one of the cells at the superposition part is the unexpanded region. 
     
     
         5 . A package by an expansion sheet which comprises the expansion sheet body according to  claim 1 , and an object to be packaged which is packaged by the expansion sheet body,
 wherein an unexpanded region of the cell is not expanded, and the region of the downstream side is expanded than that of the unexpanded region.   
     
     
         6 . An expansion primary sheet body in which a plurality of cells defined by a cell seal for joining overlapped films together are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other, and the cells are constituted such that the cells are expanded by a fluid introduced from an upstream side thereinto,
 wherein at least one of the cells is provided with an unexpanded scheduled region in which the cell is not expanded in a mid-stream section in a midway from the upstream side to a downstream side,   wherein a plurality of the cells including the cells provided with the unexpanded scheduled region is provided with a connection part which allows the fluid to flow between the adjacent cells at a downstream side than the unexpanded scheduled region, and   wherein the cell is constituted such that an expansion sheet body in which a region that is at the downstream side than an unexpanded region is expanded relative to the expansion primary sheet body by not applying a closing seal to the connection part which are downstream than the unexpanded scheduled region and by applying the closing seal to the connection parts other than the above-mentioned the connection part.   
     
     
         7 . A packaging method by an expansion sheet,
 wherein by applying the expansion-stopping seal and the closing seal to the expansion primary sheet body according to  claim 6  to produce an expansion secondary sheet body, after that, an object to be packaged is packed with the expansion secondary sheet body and air as the fluid is introduced from the upstream side of the cell into inside the cell whereby a package in which a region of the downstream side is more expanded than that of the unexpanded region is produced.   
     
     
         8 . The expansion sheet body according to  claim 2 , wherein a bending seal part is provided in at least one of the cells, and wherein the cell is bent from the bending seal part to have a three-dimensional shape. 
     
     
         9 . The expansion sheet body according to  claim 2 , wherein a superposition part in which the cells are overlapped with each other is provided, and wherein at least one of the cells at the superposition part is the unexpanded region. 
     
     
         10 . The expansion sheet body according to  claim 3 , wherein a superposition part in which the cells are overlapped with each other is provided, and wherein at least one of the cells at the superposition part is the unexpanded region. 
     
     
         11 . A package by an expansion sheet which comprises the expansion sheet body according to  claim 2 , and an object to be packaged which is packaged by the expansion sheet body, wherein
 an unexpanded region of the cell is not expanded, and the region of the downstream side is expanded than that of the unexpanded region.   
     
     
         12 . A package by an expansion sheet which comprises the expansion sheet body according to  claim 3 , and an object to be packaged which is packaged by the expansion sheet body, wherein
 an unexpanded region of the cell is not expanded, and the region of the downstream side is expanded than that of the unexpanded region.   
     
     
         13 . A package by an expansion sheet which comprises the expansion sheet body according to  claim 4 , and an object to be packaged which is packaged by the expansion sheet body, wherein
 an unexpanded region of the cell is not expanded, and the region of the downstream side is expanded than that of the unexpanded region.
