. The exercise device of claim 1 , wherein the rocking rail comprises a metal bar and a non-slip rubber base at a base curvature of the rocking rail.

. The exercise device of claim 1 , wherein each handle comprises a pad configured to receive a palm of the user in the prone push-up position.

. The exercise device of claim 1 , wherein each boss comprises a rubber stopper.

. The exercise device of claim 1 , wherein each handle comprises a hand grip configured to receive a hand grip of the user in a prone push-up position.

. The exercise device of claim 1 , wherein the rocking rail comprises an extension from each boss toward each handle thereof.

. The exercise device of claim 1 , wherein the rocking rail comprises a square cross section tubing.

. The exercise device of claim 1 , wherein the rocking rail comprises an elliptical curvature.

. The exercise device of claim 1 , wherein the rocking rail comprises a circular curvature.

. The exercise device of claim 1 , wherein a span from the first end to the second end of the rocking rail is approximately equal to a span across a user's chest from shoulder to shoulder.

. An exercise device comprising:
a rocking rail resembling a “U” comprising a first end and a second end and respective posts extending therefrom and a curvature there between; a handle disposed on each of the first end and the second end to receive a user's hand based on the user in a prone push-up position; and a boss adjacent the first end and the second end and configured to limit a side to side rocking motion of the user on the rocking rail.

. The exercise device of claim 11 , wherein the rocking rail comprises a metal bar and a non-slip rubber base at a base curvature of the rocking rail.

. The exercise device of claim 11 , wherein each handle comprises a pad configured to receive a palm of the user in the prone push-up position.

. The exercise device of claim 11 , wherein each boss comprises a rubber stopper.

. The exercise device of claim 11 , wherein each handle comprises a hand grip configured to receive a hand grip of the user in a prone push-up position.

. The exercise device of claim 11 , wherein the rocking rail comprises a square cross section tubing.

. The exercise device of claim 11 , wherein the rocking rail comprises an elliptical curvature.

. The exercise device of claim 11 , wherein the rocking rail comprises a circular curvature.

. The exercise device of claim 11 , wherein a span from the first end to the second end of the rocking rail is approximately equal to a span across a user's chest from shoulder to shoulder.
