Interactive Oral Presentation Display System

Abstract

A computer implemented interactive oral presentation display system provides server computers allowing one or more client devices and one or more administrator devices access to an oral presentation display application which provides client user interfaces having a first image display area and a second image display area concurrently displayed on a display surface allowing the client user to control presentation of streaming media in the first image display area and selection of one or more images for serial display in the second image display area, each of which can be coupled in timed synchronized relation with the streaming media.

what is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A computer, comprising:
 a video capture device;   an audio capture device;   a non-transitory computer readable memory;   a processor in communication with said non-transitory computer readable memory, said non-transitory computer readable memory including a computer code operable under control of said processor, including:
 a video capture and audio capture interface operable to:
 record a captured video stream from a video capture device; 
 record a captured audio stream from said audio capture device; 
 
 a user verification module operable to:
 interact with said video capture device to capture one or more user images of a user; 
 compare said one or more user images to a one or more user verification images obtained from a user verification image database; 
 match said one or more user images with said one or more user verification images; 
 
 an oral examination module enabled by said match of said one or more user images with said one or more user verification images to:
 depict an oral examination image display area on a display surface of a display device; and 
 display said captured video stream of said user in said oral examination image display area. 
 
   
     
     
         2 . The computer of  claim 1 , wherein said oral examination module further operable to:
 present one or more queries in a query display area on said display surface of said display device; and   activate said video capture device and said audio capture device to record said captured video stream and said captured audio stream of said user associated with an answer to said one or more queries.   
     
     
         3 . The computer of  claim 2 , wherein said oral examination module further operable to:
 present said one or more queries in serial order in said query display area on said display surface of said display device; and   present a timer image on said display surface of said display device, said timer image counts down a period of time allocated to provide said answer to each of said one or more queries.   
     
     
         4 . The computer of  claim 3 , wherein said oral examination module further operable to:
 activate said video capture device and said audio capture device on presentation of each of said one or more queries; and   deactivate said video capture device and said audio capture device on elapse of said period of time allocated to provide said answer to each of said one or more queries.   
     
     
         5 . The computer of  claim 3 , wherein said oral examination module further operable to:
 present an initiate oral examination control icon on said display surface of said display device operable to activate said oral examination module; and   present a terminate oral examination control icon on said display surface of said display device operable to deactivate said oral examination module.   
     
     
         6 . The computer of  claim 2 , wherein said oral examination module further operable to:
 display an image capture activity indicator on said display surface of said display device; and   display an audio capture activity indicator separate from said image capture activity indicator on said display surface of said display device.   
     
     
         7 . The computer of  claim 2 , wherein said oral examination module further operable to present a submission control icon on said display surface of said display device, said submission control operable to save said captured video stream and said captured audio stream associated with said answer to said one or more queries as said video content. 
     
     
         8 . The computer of  claim 7 , wherein said oral examination module further operable to:
 present a value element display area on said display surface of said display device;   record a value element entered into said value element display area; and   associate said value element with said video content including said image and audio streams associated with said answer to said one or more queries.
