Abstract
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, embodiments of methods, systems, and devices for receiving user information and biometric data from groups of communication devices. Additional embodiments can include correlating and storing the user information and the biometric data in a hierarchical database according to a classification. Further embodiments can include accessing the user information and the biometric data, determining an emotional state of a user in response to processing the user information and biometric data resulting in a determined emotional state, and selecting enhanced audio content and enhanced image content according to the determined emotional state. Also, embodiments can include generating the user experience for a viewer. The user experience includes a portion of the user information, the enhanced audio content, and enhanced image content to attempt provide an emotive response from the viewer similar to the determined emotional state. Other embodiments are disclosed.

1 . A device, comprising:
a processing system including a processor; and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processing system, facilitate performance of operations, the operations comprising:
receiving a request for a user experience;
in response to receiving the request, accessing first video content recorded by a first communication device and accessing second video content recorded by a second communication device from a hierarchical database, wherein the first video content is stored in the hierarchical database according to a first location of the first communication device when recording the first video content, wherein the second video content is stored in the hierarchical database according to a second location of the second communication device when recording the second video content;
determining a range of emotional states in response to processing the first video content and the second video content;
selecting a group of video enhancement features according to the range of emotional states;
generating the user experience that includes a first portion of the first video content, a second portion of the second video content, and the group of video enhancement features; and
presenting the user experience on a display.

The device of claim 1 , wherein the processing of the first video content and the second video content comprises identifying a first body language in the first video content utilizing image recognition techniques and identifying a second body language in the second video content utilizing image recognition techniques.
3 . The device of claim 2 , wherein the determining of the range of emotional states comprises determining the range of emotional states based on the first body language and the second body language.
4 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the processing of the first video content and the second video content comprises identifying a first tone of voice in the first video content utilizing voice recognition techniques and identifying a second tone of voice in the second video content utilizing voice recognition techniques.
5 . The device of claim 4 , wherein the determining of the range of emotional states comprises determining the range of emotional states based on the first tone of voice and the second tone of voice.
6 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the selecting of the group of video enhancement features comprises selecting a group of audio enhancement features.
7 . The device of claim 6 , wherein the group of audio enhancement features comprises adding a soundtrack, adding a laugh track, adding applause, increasing sound resolution on dialogue, dampening ambient sound, or any combination thereof.
8 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the selecting of the group of video enhancement features comprises selecting a group of image enhancement features.
9 . The device of claim 8 , wherein the group of image enhancement features comprises adjusting speed of playback, increasing resolution of portions of images, creating a montage, visual effects, or any combination thereof.
10 . A non-transitory machine-readable storage medium, comprising executable instructions that, when executed by a processing system including a processor, facilitate performance of operations, comprising:
receiving a request for a user experience; in response to receiving the request, accessing first video content recorded by a first communication device and accessing second video content recorded by a second communication device from a hierarchical database, wherein the first video content is stored in the hierarchical database according to a first location of the first communication device when recording the first video content, wherein the second video content is stored in the hierarchical database according to a second location of the second communication device when recording the second video content; determining a range of emotional states in response to processing the first video content and the second video content; selecting a group of audio enhancement features according to the range of emotional states; generating the user experience that includes a first portion of the first video content, a second portion of the second video content, and the group of audio enhancement features; and presenting the user experience on a display.
11 . The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 10 , wherein the group of audio enhancement features comprises adding a soundtrack, adding a laugh track, adding applause, increasing sound resolution on dialogue, dampening ambient sound, or any combination thereof.

The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 10 , wherein the processing of the first video content and the second video content comprises identifying a first body language in the first video content utilizing image recognition techniques and identifying a second body language in the second video content utilizing image recognition techniques.
13 . The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 12 , wherein the determining of the range of emotional states comprises determining the range of emotional states based on the first body language and the second body language.

The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 10 , wherein the processing of the first video content and the second video content comprises identifying a first tone of voice in the first video content utilizing voice recognition techniques and identifying a second tone of voice in the second video content utilizing voice recognition techniques.
15 . The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 14 , wherein the determining of the range of emotional states comprises determining the range of emotional states based on the first tone of voice and the second tone of voice.
16 . A method, comprising:
receiving, by a processing system including a processor, a request for a user experience; in response to receiving the request, accessing, by the processing system, first video content recorded by a first communication device and accessing, by the processing system, second video content recorded by a second communication device from a hierarchical database, wherein the first video content is stored in the hierarchical database according to a first location of the first communication device when recording the first video content, wherein the second video content is stored in the hierarchical database according to a second location of the second communication device when recording the second video content; determining, by the processing system, a range of emotional states in response to processing, by the processing system, the first video content and the second video content; selecting, by the processing system, a group of image enhancement features according to the range of emotional states; generating, by the processing system, the user experience that includes a first portion of the first video content, a second portion of the second video content, and the group of image enhancement features; and presenting, by the processing system, the user experience on a display.

The method of claim 16 , wherein the processing of the first video content and the second video content comprises identifying, by the processing system, a first body language in the first video content utilizing image recognition techniques and identifying, by the processing system, a second body language in the second video content utilizing image recognition techniques.
18 . The method of claim 17 , wherein the determining of the range of emotional states comprises determining, by the processing system, the range of emotional states based on the first body language and the second body language.

The method of claim 16 , wherein the processing of the first video content and the second video content comprises identifying, by the processing system, a first tone of voice in the first video content utilizing voice recognition techniques and identifying, by the processing system, a second tone of voice in the second video content utilizing voice recognition techniques.
