Abstract

Methods, systems, and devices for predictive power management are described. Correlations may be identified between a set of commands performed at the memory device and oscillating voltage patterns, or a resonance frequency, or both. Voltages may be monitored by the memory device and be compared to the identified voltage pattern to mitigate undesirable oscillating voltages and resonance frequency.

5 . The method of claim 3 , further comprising:
determining, based at least in part on the indication, that the condition corresponds to a first voltage of the one or more first voltages increasing above a threshold voltage for at least the threshold duration.

6 . The method of claim 2 , further comprising:
determining, based at least in part on receiving the indication, a timing of the command that causes the voltage regulator of the power delivery network to output the one or more second voltages, wherein determining the command is based at least in part on determining the timing of the command.

7 . The method of claim 6 , wherein transmitting the command to the double data rate memory system is based at least in part on the determined timing of the command.

8 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the timing of the command is adjusted from a previous timing of one or more previous commands transmitted to the double data rate memory system.

9 . The method of claim 6 , further comprising:
identifying a correlation between a previous timing of the command and receiving the indication, wherein determining the timing is based at least in part on identifying the correlation.

10 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the power delivery network is separate from the double data rate memory system.

         11 . An apparatus, comprising:
a controller configured to cause the apparatus to:
 receive, from a double data rate memory system, an indication of one or more first voltages at an output of a voltage regulator of a power delivery network;
determine, based at least in part on the indication, a command to cause the voltage regulator of the power delivery network to output one or more second voltages; and
transmit, to the double data rate memory system, the command.

12 . The apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the controller is further configured to cause the apparatus to:
determine, based at least in part on the indication of the one or more first voltages, that the one or more first voltages satisfy a condition for at least a threshold duration of time.

13 . The apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the controller is further configured to cause the apparatus to:
determine, based at least in part on the indication, that the condition corresponds to a first voltage of the one or more first voltages decreasing below a threshold voltage for at least the threshold duration.

14 . The apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the controller is further configured to cause the apparatus to:
determine, based at least in part on the indication, that the condition corresponds to a first voltage of the one or more first voltages increasing above a threshold voltage for at least the threshold duration.

15 . The apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the controller is further configured to cause the apparatus to:
determine, based at least in part on receiving the indication, a timing of the command that causes the voltage regulator of the power delivery network to output the one or more second voltages, wherein determining the command is based at least in part on determining the timing of the command.

16 . The apparatus of claim 15 , wherein transmitting the command to the double data rate memory system is based at least in part on the determined timing of the command.

17 . The apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the timing of the command is adjusted from a previous timing of one or more previous commands transmitted to the double data rate memory system.

18 . The apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the controller is further configured to cause the apparatus to:
identify a correlation between a previous timing of the command and receiving the indication, wherein determining the timing is based at least in part on identifying the correlation.

19 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing code comprising instructions, which when executed by a processor of an electronic device, cause the electronic device to:
receive, from a double data rate memory system, an indication of one or more first voltages at an output of a voltage regulator of a power delivery network; determine, based at least in part on the indication, a command to cause the voltage regulator of the power delivery network to output one or more second voltages; and transmit, to the double data rate memory system, the command.
