Hair care formulation

Abstract

A non-rinse hair care formulation is provided and comprises an oil adsorber and water.

1 . A water-based, non-rinse hair care spray formulation comprising: an oil adsorber; and water in a range 20-95%. 
     
     
         2 . The formulation of  claim 1 , in which adsorber is present in a range 1% to 25% by mass. 
     
     
         3 . The formulation of  claim 2 , in which adsorber is present in a range 3% to 12% by mass. 
     
     
         4 . The formulation of  claim 1 , in which the adsorber comprises starch. 
     
     
         5 . The formulation of  claim 1 , further comprising ethanol. 
     
     
         6 . The formulation of  claim 5 , in which ethanol is present in a range 0% to 50% by mass or present in a range 0% to 12% by mass.

         8 . The formulation of  claim 1 , further comprising compressed air as a propellant. 
     
     
         9 . The formulation of  claim 1 , further comprising a gaseous propellant.

         11 . The formulation of  claim 1 , further comprising betaine. 
     
     
         12 . The formulation of  claim 11 , in which betaine is present in a range 0% to 5% by mass or in a range 0.5% to 2% by mass.

The formulation of  claim 1 , further comprising one or more hair conditioner ingredients selected from the group comprising: acidifiers, fragrance, acidity regulators, antistatic agents, detanglers, glossers, light-reflecting chemicals, lubricants, moisturisers, oils, preservatives, reconstructors, sequestrants, sunscreen, suspending agents, thermal protectors and solubiliser.
