Abstract
The present invention is directed to a food product prepared by soaking a predetermined quantity of chia seeds in liquid under a dark environment and under a temperature in a range of 32 degrees Fahrenheit to 40 degrees Fahrenheit for a predetermined period to obtain pearls of chia seeds; and adding the pearls of chia seeds to a food product. The food product is bubble drink without tapioca starch.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 : A bubble food product composition comprising of liquids, flavor agents, and soaked chia seeds base;
wherein the bubble food is free of tapioca ball and milled tapioca starch; wherein said soaked chia seeds base comprising of liquids and/or flavor agents mixtures and chia seeds which having a liquids absorption property and flavor agents additive capacity for at least 5 minutes to at least 3 hours upon said liquids and/or flavor agents mixtures, and the functional property of foaming a thickening gel texture as a resulting liquids absorption and flavor agents additive property of said soaked chia seeds base; wherein said soaked chia seeds base of the bubble product exhibiting a physical gel barrier between starches, sugars and other carbohydrates and the digestive enzymes to break down carbohydrates compared to bubble drinks with cooked tapioca balls milled from tapioca starch; wherein the soaked chia seed base of the bubble product containing nutritional value including minerals, vitamins, and Omega 3 compared to bubble drinks with cooked tapioca balls milled from tapioca starch; wherein said liquids and/or flavor agents mixtures are 1 to 12 times of said chia seeds' mass; wherein said liquids comprise:
tea, coffee, dairy products, non-dairy products, yogurts, vegetable juices, fruit juices, soda, protein drinks, water, or a mixture thereof;
wherein said flavor agents comprise:
honey, sweet syrup, sweeteners, cocoa products, seasonings, minerals, vitamins, herb, jellies, beans, barley, egg pudding, nut, coconut, vegetable, flowers, fruits or a mixtures thereof;
wherein the amount of liquid and/or flavoring agents soaking chia seeds is in an amount to provide a viscosity of a beverage product;
wherein the amount of liquid and/or flavoring agents soaking chia seeds is in an amount to provide a viscosity of a pudding product.
2 : The product of claim 1 , wherein the composition of soaked chia seeds base with liquids and/or flavoring agents mixtures is further including ice and/or ice creams to form a slushy chia seed bubble product.
3 : The product of claim 1 , wherein said liquids is selected from cold liquids, heated liquids, and room temperature liquids.
4 : The product of claim 1 , wherein the product further comprises one or more additional liquids.
5 : The product of claim 1 , wherein the product further comprises one or more additional flavor agents.
