Abstract

A vehicle door locking and unlocking vehicle-mounted device is provided to lock and unlock a vehicle door for car rental and carsharing. The vehicle-mounted device can lock and unlock a vehicle door without using an ECU on the vehicle or CAN. The vehicle door locking and unlocking vehicle-mounted device includes communication means for receiving a lock command or an unlock command from a user terminal directly or through a server and at least one internal relay connected to wiring between a door key switch and a door lock actuator of the vehicle. The internal relay controls at least one external relay to drive the door lock actuator to lock or unlock the door.

1 . A control system comprising a server and a vehicle-mounted device; wherein
 the server:
 determines whether a user of each vehicle has paid a charge within a predetermined period, based on data from a finance institution, and 
 transmits a first control command corresponding to a starting enabled state to a vehicle-mounted device corresponding to a vehicle in a starting-disabled state, when it is determined that a charge has paid from a user of the vehicle in the starting-disabled state, and 
   the vehicle-mounted device switches a state of the vehicle from the starting-disabled state to the starting enabled state, in accordance with the first control command.   
     
     
         2 . The control system according to the  claim 1 , wherein
 the server transmits a second control command corresponding to the starting disabled state to a vehicle-mounted device corresponding to a vehicle in the starting-enabled state, when it is determined that a predetermined charge has not paid from a user of the vehicle in the starting-enabled state within a predetermined period and when a predetermined condition is satisfied, and   the vehicle-mounted device switches a state of the vehicle from the starting-enabled state to the starting disabled state, in accordance with the second control command.   
     
     
         3 . A vehicle comprising the vehicle-mounted device according to  claim 1 .
