Instrument for drawing eyebrows

Abstract

An instrument for drawing eyebrows with a cosmetic product includes a hollow body bearing an application element at one end of the hollow body, the application element including a plurality of tips arranged in a single line or row along the longitudinal axis of the instrument. A base of each of the plurality of tips is connected to the application element and each of the plurality of tips is capable of having the cosmetic product extruded or pushed therethrough. The application element being connected to the hollow body. The instrument further includes a mechanism arranged inside the hollow body which pushes the cosmetic product through the application element and is configured to supply the plurality of tips with the cosmetic product.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An instrument ( 1 ) for drawing eyebrows with a cosmetic product ( 5 ), comprising:
 a hollow body ( 2 ), having first and second ends, the hollow body ( 2 ) bearing an application element ( 3 ) at the first end, wherein the application element ( 3 ) comprises a plurality of tips ( 4 ) arranged in a single line or row along a longitudinal axis of the instrument, wherein a base of each of the plurality of tips ( 4 ) is connected to the application element ( 3 ) and each of the plurality of tips ( 4 ) is capable of having the cosmetic product extruded or pushed therethrough, and wherein the application element ( 3 ) is connected to the hollow body ( 2 ); and   a mechanism ( 6 ), which pushes the cosmetic product ( 5 ) through the application element ( 3 ), is arranged inside the hollow body ( 2 ) and is configured to supply the plurality of tips ( 4 ) with the cosmetic product;   wherein the cosmetic product ( 5 ) for drawing on skin is arranged inside the hollow body ( 2 ), between the application element ( 3 ) and the mechanism ( 6 ), so as to be in contact with the application element ( 3 ) and capable of being extruded or pushed through each of the plurality of tips ( 4 ), by means of the mechanism ( 6 ), which exerts a constant pressure on the cosmetic product.   
     
     
         2 . The instrument of  claim 1 , wherein the tips ( 4 ) are made of, or comprise, elastomeric material. 
     
     
         3 . The instrument of  claim 1 , wherein the material used for the tips ( 4 ) is a porous elastomer, configured to allow controlled discharge of the cosmetic product. 
     
     
         4 . The instrument of  claim 1 , wherein the application element ( 3 ) further comprises a displacement mechanism configured to displace the tips ( 4 ) into the application element ( 3 ) when the instrument ( 1 ) is not use. 
     
     
         5 . The instrument of  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of tips ( 4 ) are two or three tips ( 4 ). 
     
     
         6 . The instrument of  claim 1 , further comprising a comb ( 8 ) arranged on the hollow body ( 2 ) at the second end. 
     
     
         7 . The instrument of  claim 1 , further comprising additional tips ( 9 ) arranged at said application element ( 3 ) generally perpendicular to the plurality of tips ( 4 ). 
     
     
         8 . The instrument of  claim 7 , wherein there are two of said additional tips ( 9 ). 
     
     
         9 . The instrument of  claim 1 , wherein the mechanism ( 6 ) is a piston driven by a calibrated spring. 
     
     
         10 . The instrument of  claim 1 , wherein the mechanism ( 6 ) pushes the cosmetic product ( 5 ) through the application element ( 3 ), which supplies the tips ( 4 ) with the cosmetic product ( 5 ). 
     
     
         11 . The instrument of  claim 1 , further comprising a removable device ( 10 ) bearing a brush ( 11 ) at one end of the removable device ( 10 ), and bearing a sponge ( 12 ) at an end opposite thereto, housed inside the hollow body ( 2 ) at the second end, opposite the first end. 
     
     
         12 . The instrument of  claim 11 , wherein the sponge ( 12 ) is saturated with a cosmetic product. 
     
     
         13 . The instrument of  claim 12 , wherein the cosmetic product comprises eye shadow or foundation. 
     
     
         14 . The instrument of  claim 11 , wherein the brush ( 11 ) is arranged at an angle other than a right angle to the surface of the device ( 10 ). 
     
     
         15 . The instrument of  claim 14 , wherein the brush ( 11 ) is arranged at a 45° angle to the surface of the device ( 10 ). 
     
     
         16 . The instrument of  claim 6 , wherein the comb ( 8 ) can be retracted inside the body of the device at the second end. 
     
     
         17 . The instrument of  claim 1 , wherein the hollow body ( 2 ) comprises a collapsible interior reservoir for moving the cosmetic product ( 5 ) through the hollow body ( 2 ) and the plurality of tips, thereby dispensing the cosmetic product ( 5 ). 
     
     
         18 . The instrument  claim 1 , wherein the body ( 2 ) is separable in a proximal section and a distal section, the proximal section bearing said application element ( 3 ), and the distal section making the remaining part of the instrument ( 1 ) and a reservoir containing the cosmetic product ( 5 ) is placed inside the body ( 2 ), said reservoir is in communication with the application element ( 3 ). 
     
     
         19 . The instrument  claim 18 , wherein the reservoir is interchangeable. 
     
     
         20 . The instrument of  claim 1 , wherein a diameter of a base of one of the tips ( 4 ) is between about 0.4 and 1.0 mm, a height of which is between about 0.5 and 0.7 cm and the tips are arranged, as a whole, along a longitudinal axis of the element ( 3 ) for a length of between about 0.3 and 1 cm.
