Abstract

A system and method for one or more hair dye tools with different shapes to imprint different designs onto a person's hair after being dipped onto hair whereby the hair dye tool may be used for other objects such as paper, posters, appliances, skin, or other surfaces whereby multiple hair dye tools may be used in combination to create more intricate designs and patterns for a person.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A hair dying system comprising one or more tools, each of the one or more tools with a handle and an interfacing surface extending downward from the handle, the interfacing surface shaped to receive hair dye from an outside source and apply the hair dye to a user's hair.

2 . The hair dying system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more tools are used to create a leopard print wherein a first tool of the one or more tools has a first component of the interfacing surface with a cashew shape having a central section connected to a left lateral extension and a right lateral extension, wherein the central section has a rectangular shape with a top side and a bottom side of smaller length than sidewalls wherein the sidewalls terminate into the left lateral extension and the right lateral extension, wherein the left lateral extension and the right lateral extension are arcuately-shaped end portions in shape.

3 . The hair dying system of claim 2 , wherein the first tool of the one or more tools has a second component of the interfacing surface with a cashew shape having a central section connected to left lateral extension and right lateral extension, wherein the central section has a rectangular shape with a top side and bottom side of smaller length than sidewalls wherein the sidewalls terminate into the left lateral extension and the right lateral extension, wherein the left lateral extension and the right lateral extension are arcuately-shaped end portions in shape, wherein the second component is wider and more elongated than the first component wherein a recess is formed between the first component and the second component.

4 . The hair dying system of claim 3 , wherein a second tool of the one or more tools has an interfacing surface with a u-shape with a central section connected to a left lateral extension and a right lateral extension wherein the central section has a rectangular shape with sidewalls, wherein the sidewalls terminate into left and right lateral extensions which are arcuately-shaped end portions in shape.

5 . The hair dying system of claim 4 , wherein a third tool of the one or more tools has an interfacing surface with a circular shape.

6 . The hair dying system of claim 1 , wherein the interfacing surface is removably connected to the handle.

7 . The hair dying system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more tools are molded from a clamp stamp wherein a silicon mold kit is used to create a negative wherein the negative is filled in with resin.

8 . The hair dying system of claim 1 , wherein a first tool of the one or more tools has an interfacing surface with a coffin shape.

9 . The hair dying system of claim 8 , wherein the coffin shape has six sides with a top horizontal side extending downward to two outwardly sloping sides that are symmetrical to one another along a vertical axis, wherein the two outwardly sloping surfaces then extend downward into two inwardly sloping surfaces, symmetrical along a vertical axis, that are of a length longer than the two outwardly sloping surfaces, wherein the two inwardly sloping surfaces are connected to a bottom horizontal surface that is parallel to the top horizontal side.

10 . The hair dying system of claim 1 , wherein a first tool of the one or more tools has an interfacing surface that has a bat shape.

11 . The hair dying system of claim 11 , wherein the bat shape has a central body and wings extending outward from the central body.

12 . A method for a hair dying system: the method comprising: forming one or more tools each with a handle and an interfacing surface extending downward from the handle, the one or more tools molded from a clamp stamp wherein a silicon mold kit is used to create a negative wherein the negative is filled in with resin; and
receiving hair dye onto the interfacing surface.

13 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising: creating a leopard design wherein a first tool of the one or more tools has a first component of the interfacing surface with a cashew shape having a central section connected to a left lateral extension and a right lateral extension, wherein the central section has a rectangular shape with a top side and a bottom side of smaller length than sidewalls wherein the sidewalls terminate into the left lateral extension and the right lateral extension, wherein the left lateral extension and the right lateral extension are arcuately-shaped end portions in shape, wherein the first tool of the one or more tools has a second component of the interfacing surface with a cashew shape having a central section connected to left lateral extension and right lateral extension, wherein the central section has a rectangular shape with a top side and bottom side of smaller length than sidewalls wherein the sidewalls terminate into the left lateral extension and the right lateral extension, wherein the left lateral extension and the right lateral extension are arcuately-shaped end portions in shape, wherein the second component is wider and more elongated than the first component wherein a recess is formed between the first component and the second component; and
applying the first tool to a user's hair.

14 . The method of claim 13 , further comprising: applying a second tool to the user's hair, the second tool having an interfacing surface with a u-shape with a central section connected to a left lateral extension and a right lateral extension wherein the central section has a rectangular shape with sidewalls, wherein the sidewalls terminate into left and right lateral extensions which are arcuately-shaped end portions in shape.

15 . The method of claim 14 , further comprising: applying a third tool to the user's hair, the third tool having an interfacing surface with a circular shape.

16 . The method of claim 14 , further comprising: applying the first tool, the second tool, and third tool to the user's hair a second time.

17 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising: creating a coffin design wherein a first tool of the one or more tools has a coffin shape which has six sides with a top horizontal side extending downward to two outwardly sloping sides that are symmetrical to one another along a vertical axis, wherein the two outwardly sloping surfaces then extend downward into two inwardly sloping surfaces, symmetrical along a vertical axis, that are of a length longer than the two outwardly sloping surfaces, wherein the two inwardly sloping surfaces are connected to a bottom horizontal side that is parallel to the top horizontal side; and
applying the first tool to a user's hair.

18 . The method of claim 17 , further comprising: applying the first tool a second time.

19 . The hair dying system of claim 12 , creating a bat design

20 . The method of claim 19 , further comprising: applying the first tool a second time.
