Claims

Abstract

The present invention provides a pouch having a liquid accommodation space for storing a liquid material therein, and in the pouch, boundaries of a first sheet material and a second sheet material are bonded to each other to form an upper fusion portion, a lower fusion portion, a first side fusion portion, and a second side fusion portion. In the liquid accommodation space, a dividing fusion portion is formed apart from the first side fusion portion, and a drink suction tunnel is formed between the dividing fusion portion and the first side fusion portion. The drink suction tunnel includes first and second curved portions which are formed by making the first sheet material and the second sheet material protrude outward between the first side fusion portion and the dividing fusion portion, wherein the first and second curved portions are formed by a thermoforming.

1 . A pouch including a reinforced drinking tunnel, comprising:
 a partition fusion part spaced apart from a first side fusion part inside a liquid accommodation space;   a drinking tunnel formed between the partition fusion part and the first side fusion part; and   a liquid inlet through which a liquid is introduced to the drinking tunnel and that is formed between the partition fusion part and the lower fusion part,   wherein the drinking tunnel functions as a passage through which fluid communication is possible to allow user to drink the ligaid stored in the liquid accommodation space, is formed between the first side fusion part and the partition fusion part, and includes a first curved part and a second curved part that are formed by making a first sheet material and a second sheet material protrude outward, and   wherein the first curved part and the second curved part are formed via thermoforming and maintain a shape of the drinking tunnel.   
     
     
         2 . The pouch including the reinforced drinking tunnel according to  claim 1 , wherein the first curved part and the second curved part are formed by positioning an upper mold and a lower mold outside the first sheet material and the second sheet material, positioning a middle mold having a rod shape between the first sheet material and the second sheet material, and performing heating and pressurization. 
     
     
         3 . The pouch including the reinforced drinking tunnel according to  claim 2 , wherein the heating and the pressurization are performed in at least one of the upper mold, the lower mold, or the middle mold. 
     
     
         4 . A pouch including a reinforced drinking tunnel, comprising:
 a partition fusion part spaced apart from a first side fusion part inside a liquid accommodation space;   a drinking tunnel formed between the partition fusion part and the first side fusion part; and   a liquid inlet through which a liquid is introduced to the drinking tunnel and that is formed between the partition fusion part and the lower fusion part,   wherein the drinking tunnel is formed between the first side fusion part and the partition fusion part and includes a first curved part and a second curved part that are formed by making a first sheet material and a second sheet material protrude outward,   wherein the first curved part and the second curved part are formed via thermoforming and are formed by positioning an upper mold and a lower mold outside the first sheet material and the second sheet material, positioning a middle mold having a rod shape between the first sheet material and the second sheet material, and performing heating and pressurization,   wherein a first protrusion protruding inward is provided on an internal surface of the upper mold or the lower mold, and a second protrusion is formed on an internal surface of the first curved part or the second curved part.   
     
     
         5 . The pouch including the reinforced drinking tunnel according to  claim 1 , wherein the lower fusion part is formed to be inclined downward in a direction toward the liquid inlet. 
     
     
         6 . The pouch including the reinforced drinking tunnel according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a measurement scale display window configured to check a remaining amount of the uid stored in the liquid accommodation space and formed vertically on any one of the first sheet material or the second sheet material.   
     
     
         7 . A pouch including a reinforced drinking tunnel, comprising:
 a partition fusion part spaced apart from a first side fusion part inside a liquid accommodation space;   a drinking tunnel formed between the partition fusion part and the first side fusion part; and   a liquid inlet through which a liquid is introduced to the drinking tunnel and that is formed between the partition fusion part and the lower fusion part,   wherein the drinking tunnel is formed between the first side fusion part and the partition fusion part and includes a first curved part and a second curved part that are formed by making a first sheet material and a second sheet material protrude outward,   wherein the first curved part and the second curved part are formed via thermoforming, and   wherein a first perforated line is formed to expose a drinking tunnel hole to an outside from the pouch and is formed in a shape n corresponding to the first curved part and the second curved part.   
     
     
         8 . The pouch including the reinforced drinking tunnel according to  claim 7 , wherein a notch is formed at one side of the first side fusion part,
 wherein a second perforated line is formed to the first perforated line from the notch, and   wherein the notch is formed lower than an upper end of the drinking tunnel.   
     
     
         9 . The pouch including the reinforced drinking tunnel according to  claim 7 , wherein a second perforated line connected to a second side fusion part from a first side fusion part is provided at a lower end of the first perforated line,
 wherein, when the second perforated line is torn, a drinking tunnel hole is exposed to an outside, and   wherein, when the second perforated line is torn, one side of an upper fusion part is connected to a body of the pouch rather than being separated from the body.   
     
     
         10 . The pouch including the reinforced drinking tunnel according to  claim 9 , wherein an air inlet beyond the second perforated line is provided at an upper end of the liquid accommodation space and is connected to an outside when the second perforated line is torn. 
     
     
         11 . The pouch including the reinforced drinking tunnel according to  claim 1 , wherein a first auxiliary ring and a second auxiliary ring that are shaped like a pipe are formed at upper and lower portions of the drinking tunnel, respectively. 
     
     
         12 . The pouch including the reinforced drinking tunnel according to  claim 1 , wherein the pouch is a standing pouch including a base,
 wherein the base includes a first fusion piece adhered to a lower portion of the first sheet material, and   wherein the drinking tunnel provided between the first side fusion part and the partition fusion part is provided in a straight line to the lower fusion part through a space between the first sheet material and the first fusion piece.   
     
     
         13 . The pouch including the reinforced drinking tunnel according to  claim 12 , wherein a protrusion or a furrow part is formed below the drinking tunnel and is formed on any one surface of the first sheet material and the first fusion piece. 
     
     
         14 . A pouch including a reinforced drinking tunnel as a standing pouch including a base, comprising:
 a partition fusion part spaced apart from a first side fusion part inside a liquid accommodation space;   a drinking tunnel formed between the partition fusion part and the first side fusion part; and   a liquid inlet through which a liquid is introduced to the drinking tunnel and that is formed between the partition fusion part and the lower fusion part,   wherein the drinking tunnel is formed between the first side fusion part and the partition fusion part and includes a first curved part and a second curved part that are formed by making a first sheet material and a second sheet material protrude outward,   wherein the first curved part and the second curved part are formed via thermoforming,   wherein the base includes a first fusion piece adhered to a lower ion of the first sheet material,   wherein the drinking tunnel provided between the first side fusion part and the partition fusion part is provided in a straight line to the lower fusion part through a space between the first sheet material and the first fusion piece, and   wherein the first fusion piece and the lower fusion part include a first inclined surface that is curved upward in a direction toward a second side fusion part and a second inclined surface that is curved toward the partition fusion part, and   wherein a horizontal passage connected to the liquid inlet and a vertical passage connected to the horizontal passage are formed at a lower portion of the second inclined surface.
