Abstract
Disclosed is a nanoparticle comprising an inner core comprising a virus; and an outer surface comprising a cellular membrane derived from a cell, and process of making thereof. The virus is an oncolytic virus and cellular membrane is derived from for example red blood cells.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A nanoparticle comprising an inner core comprising a single virus coated with an outer surface comprising a cellular membrane derived from a cell.
2 . The nanoparticle of claim 1 wherein said virus is an oncolytic virus.
3 . The nanoparticle of claim 1 , wherein said oncolytic virus is herpesvirus; vaccinia virus;
reovirus; adenovirus; measles virus, parvovirus, or combinations thereof
4 . The nanoparticle of claim 1 wherein said virus is adenovirus.
5 . The nanoparticle of claim 1 wherein said cell is a blood cell, an adipocyte, a stem cell, an endothelial cell, an exosome, a secretory vesicle, or a synaptic vesicle.
6 . The nanoparticle of claim 5 wherein said blood cell is red blood cell, white blood cell, or platelet.
7 . The nanoparticle of claim 6 wherein said blood cell is red blood cell.
8 . A nanoparticle comprising a single virus inner core coated with an outer surface comprising a cellular membrane derived from a cell produced by combining said inner core, and said outer surface in a non-salt water solution; applying sonication to said solution to form the nanoparticle.
9 . The nanoparticle of claim 8 , wherein said non-salt water solution is a sugar solution.
10 . The nanoparticle of claim 9 , wherein said sugar solution is sucrose, or dextrose containing solution.
11 . The nanoparticle of claim 8 wherein said virus is an oncolytic virus.
12 . The nanoparticle of claim 11 , wherein said oncolytic virus is herpesvirus; vaccinia virus;
reovirus; adenovirus; measles virus, parvovirus, or combinations thereof.
13 . The nanoparticle of claim 12 wherein said virus is adenovirus.
14 . The nanoparticle of claim 8 wherein said cell is a blood cell, an adipocyte, a stem cell, an endothelial cell, an exosome, a secretory vesicle, or a synaptic vesicle.
15 . The nanoparticle of claim 14 wherein said blood cell is red blood cell, white blood cell, or platelet.
16 . The nanoparticle of claim 15 wherein said blood cell is red blood cell.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
