17 . A non-transitory machine-readable medium having instructions stored thereon, the instructions executable to cause performance of operations comprising:
accessing historical payment transaction data that indicates a plurality of payment transactions processed by a payment provider for a plurality of marketplace providers between a certain merchant account and a plurality of user account; accessing historical sales data associated with the certain merchant for each of the plurality of marketplace providers, wherein the historical sales data indicates respective sale amounts by the certain merchant via respective marketplace provider of the plurality of marketplace providers; classifying as classified payment transactions and using words extracted from at least a first portion of the payment transactions, each respective payment transaction from at least a second portion of the payment transactions as either a purchase transaction or a partner fee transaction based on characteristics of the payment transactions; determining, based at least in part on the classified payment transactions and the sales data associated with the certain merchant, a partner fee recommendation for a certain marketplace provider of the plurality of marketplace providers for subsequent transactions provided via the certain marketplace for the certain merchant; and providing the partner fee recommendation to the certain marketplace provider.

         18 . The non-transitory machine-readable medium of claim 17 ,
wherein said classifying as the classified payment transactions is based on a determination of a plurality of partner fee transaction portions for the plurality of payment transactions; and wherein respective partner fee transaction portions of the plurality of partner fee transaction portions corresponding to respective payment transactions of the plurality of payment transactions.

19 . The non-transitory machine-readable medium of claim 17 , wherein the operations further comprise accessing marketplace data on the certain marketplace provider, wherein said determining the partner fee recommendation for the certain marketplace provider is further based on the marketplace data.

20 . The non-transitory machine-readable medium of claim 17 , wherein the operations further comprise determining, based on at least a portion of the payment transaction data and for each payment transaction from the plurality of payment transactions, words that characterize the payment transaction, including attributes of the payment transaction.

21 . The non-transitory machine-readable medium of claim 17 , wherein the operations further comprise determining a marketplace cost to the certain marketplace provider for transactions associated with the certain merchant, wherein the determining the partner fee recommendation is further based on the marketplace cost.
