Abstract
A counter-rotating axial air moving device is disclosed. A front rotor includes a front hub, front first blades, a front annular sheet, front second blades, a front first radial zone and a front second radial zone. A rear rotor is disposed on a rear side of the front rotor and includes a rear hub, rear first blades, a rear annular sheet, rear second blades, a rear first radial zone and a rear second radial zone. A better performance is achieved by optimal matching designs of each radial partition, and the deterioration of vibration and noise is avoided.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A counter-rotating axial air moving device with multiple blades radially partitioned, the counter-rotating axial air moving device comprising:
a front rotor, comprising: a front hub; a plurality of front first blades, arranged annularly on a periphery of the front hub spacedly; a front first annular sheet, connected to a periphery of the front first blades; and a plurality of front second blades, arranged annularly on a periphery of the front first annular sheet spacedly; wherein a front first radial zone is disposed between the front first blades and the front first annular sheet, and a front second radial zone is disposed between the front first annular sheet and the front second blades; and a rear rotor, disposed on a rear side of the front rotor, and comprising: a rear hub; a plurality of rear first blades, arranged annularly on a periphery of the rear hub spacedly; a rear first annular sheet, connected to a periphery of the rear first blades; and a plurality of rear second blades arranged annularly on a periphery of the rear first annular sheet spacedly; wherein a rear first radial zone is disposed between the rear first blades and the rear first annular sheet, and a rear second radial zone is disposed between the rear first annular sheet and the rear second blades; wherein, a first forced air flow generated from the front first blades flows from the front first radial zone to the rear first radial zone, and a second forced air flow generated from the front second blades flows from the front second radial zone to the rear second radial zone.
2 . The counter-rotating axial air moving device according to claim 1 , wherein the front rotor and the rear rotor rotate in opposite directions, and a diameter of the front rotor is the same with a diameter of the rear rotor.
3 . The counter-rotating axial air moving device according to claim 1 , wherein a ratio of a hub diameter of the front hub to a diameter of the front rotor is less than about 0.7, and a ratio of a hub diameter of the rear hub to a diameter of the rear rotor is less than about 0.7.
4 . The counter-rotating axial air moving device according to claim 1 , wherein a size and a radial position of the rear first annular sheet are corresponding to that of the front first annular sheet.
5 . The counter-rotating axial air moving device according to claim 1 , wherein radial positions of the front first annular sheet and the rear first annular sheet are located between about 0.28 and about 0.75 radial span respectively.
6 . The counter-rotating axial air moving device according to claim 1 , wherein a shape of the front first blades and a shape of the front second blades are different and dis-continuous; and a shape of the rear first blades and a shape of the rear second blades are different and dis-continuous.
7 . The counter-rotating axial air moving device according to claim 1 , further comprising: a stator component, optionally arranged on a front or rear side of the front rotor, on a rear side of the rear rotor, or between the front rotor and the rear rotor.
8 . The counter-rotating axial air moving device according to claim 7 , wherein the stator component comprises a plurality of pillars or a plurality of stator blades, and the pillars or the stator blades are arranged radially.
9 . The counter-rotating axial air moving device according to claim 1 , wherein the front rotor further comprises: a front second annular sheet and a plurality of front third blades, and the front third blades are arranged annularly on a periphery of the front second annular sheet spacedly, and a front third radial zone is disposed between the front third blades and the front second annular sheet; and the rear rotor further comprises a rear second annular sheet and a plurality of rear third blades, and the rear third blades are arranged annularly on a periphery of the rear second annular sheet spacedly, and a rear third radial zone is disposed between the rear third blades and the rear second annular sheet, and a radius of the front second annular sheet is the same with a radius of the rear second annular sheet.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
