Abstract
The present disclosure provides an adjusting structure of a floor brush wheel, which includes a bottom housing, a top housing, a transmission member, a first pulley assembly, and a second pulley assembly. The bottom housing and the top housing are fastened to form a receiving cavity. The transmission member is received in the receiving cavity and movably connected to the bottom housing. The first pulley assembly and the second pulley assembly are movably connected to the bottom housing, respectively. One end of the transmission member abuts against the first pulley assembly, and the other end of the transmission member abuts against the second pulley assembly. When the transmission member slides in a first direction, the first pulley assembly and the second pulley assembly are pressed by the transmission member to slide in a direction away from the bottom housing.

1 . An adjusting structure of a floor brush wheel, comprising:
a bottom housing; a top housing, the bottom housing and the top housing being fastened to form a receiving cavity; a transmission member received in the receiving cavity and movably connected to the bottom housing; a first pulley assembly; and a second pulley assembly, the first pulley assembly and the second pulley assembly being movably connected to the bottom housing, respectively; wherein one end of the transmission member abuts against the first pulley assembly, and the other end of the transmission member abuts against the second pulley assembly; when the transmission member slides in a first direction, the first pulley assembly and the second pulley assembly are pressed by the transmission member to slide in a direction away from the bottom housing; and when the transmission member slides in a second direction, the first pulley assembly and the second pulley assembly are slidably restored in a direction approaching the bottom housing, wherein the first direction and the second direction are opposite.

The adjusting structure of the floor brush wheel according to claim 1 , wherein the first pulley assembly is provided with a first inclined surface and a first flat surface connected to the first inclined surface, the transmission member is provided with a second inclined surface and a second flat surface connected to the second inclined surface at an end of the transmission member adjacent to the first pulley assembly, the first inclined surface abuts against the second inclined surface, and when the transmission member slides in the first direction until the first flat surface abuts against the second flat surface, the transmission member is not capable of sliding in the first direction.

The adjusting structure of the floor brush wheel according to claim 1 , wherein the second pulley assembly is provided with a third inclined surface and a third flat surface connected to the third inclined surface, the transmission member is provided with a fourth inclined surface and a fourth flat surface connected to the fourth inclined surface at an end of the transmission member adjacent to the second pulley assembly, the third inclined surface abuts against the fourth inclined surface, and when the transmission member slides in the first direction until the third flat surface abuts against the fourth flat surface, the transmission member is not capable of sliding in the first direction.

The adjusting structure of the floor brush wheel according to claim 3 , wherein the transmission member is provided with a receiving groove, the fourth inclined surface is located in the receiving groove, the second pulley assembly is partially received in the receiving groove, and the third inclined surface abuts against the fourth inclined surface.

The adjusting structure of the floor brush wheel according to claim 1 , further comprising a first adjusting member and a second adjusting member, wherein the first adjusting member and the second adjusting member extend through the transmission member and abut against the transmission member, respectively; when the first adjusting member slides in a third direction to drive the transmission member to slide in the first direction, the second adjusting member slides in a fourth direction; when the second adjusting member slides in the third direction to drive the transmission member to slide in the second direction, the first adjusting member slides in the fourth direction, wherein the third direction and the fourth direction are opposite.

The adjusting structure of the floor brush wheel according to claim 5 , wherein the first adjusting member is provided with a fifth inclined surface; the transmission member is further provided with a first positioning hole extending through the transmission member, the transmission member is further provided with a sixth inclined surface received in the first positioning hole; the fifth inclined surface abuts against the sixth inclined surface.

The adjusting structure of the floor brush wheel according to claim 5 , wherein the second adjusting member is provided with a seventh inclined surface; the transmission member is further provided with a second positioning hole extending through the transmission member, and the transmission member is further provided with an eighth inclined surface received in the second positioning hole; the seventh inclined surface abuts against the eighth inclined surface.

The adjusting structure of the floor brush wheel according to claim 1 , wherein the bottom housing is provided with two limiting members, the limiting members are received in the receiving cavity and fixedly connected to the bottom housing; each of the limiting members is provided with a supporting column and hooks, a positioning cavity is formed between the hooks and the supporting column, and both ends of the transmission member extend through the positioning cavity and abut against the hooks, respectively.

The adjusting structure of the floor brush wheel according to claim 2 , wherein the bottom housing is further provided with a first receiving portion received in the receiving cavity; a first limiting column is disposed on the first receiving portion, the first pulley assembly is partially received in the first receiving portion and movably connected to the first receiving portion, the first pulley assembly extends through the first receiving portion to enable the first inclined surface to abut against the second inclined surface; the transmission member is provided with a first sliding groove at an end of the transmission member adjacent to the first pulley assembly, the first limiting column extends through the first sliding groove and abuts against the transmission member.

The adjusting structure of the floor brush wheel according to claim 9 , further comprising a first elastic element, wherein the first receiving portion is provided with a first mounting groove and a first through hole, the first limiting column is provided therein with a second mounting groove in communication with the first mounting groove; the first pulley assembly is provided with a first positioning column, the first pulley assembly is partially received in the first mounting groove, and the first positioning column is partially received in the second mounting groove and extends through the first elastic element; one end of the first elastic element abuts against the first positioning column, and the other end of the first elastic element abuts against a bottom wall of the second mounting groove; the first pulley assembly extends through the first through hole to enable the first inclined surface to abut against the second inclined surface.

The adjusting structure of the floor brush wheel according to claim 4 , wherein the bottom housing is further provided with a second receiving portion received in the receiving cavity; a second limiting column is disposed on the second receiving portion, the second pulley assembly is partially received in the second receiving portion and movably connected to the second receiving portion, the second pulley assembly extends through the second receiving portion to enable the third inclined surface to abut against the fourth inclined surface; the transmission member is provided with a second sliding groove at an end of the transmission member adjacent to the second pulley assembly, the second sliding groove is in communication with the receiving groove, and the second limiting column extends through the second sliding groove and abuts against the transmission member.

The adjusting structure of the floor brush wheel according to claim 11 , further comprising a second elastic element, wherein the second receiving portion is provided with a third mounting groove and a second through hole, the second limiting column is provided therein with a fourth mounting groove in communication with the third mounting groove; the second pulley assembly is provided with a second positioning column, the second pulley assembly is partially received in the third mounting groove, and the second positioning column is partially received in the fourth mounting groove and extends through the second elastic element; one end of the second elastic element abuts against the second positioning column, and the other end of the second elastic element abuts against a bottom wall of the fourth mounting groove; the second pulley assembly extends through the second through hole to enable the third inclined surface to abut against the fourth inclined surface.
