Abstract
Business methods, processes and systems for collection, storage and distribution of a biological sample material for producing a cosmetic formulation product.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 .- 46 . (canceled)
47 . A business method for the processing and production of a stem cell cosmetic comprising the steps of:
a. designating a stem cell based biological material; b. collecting a premium for defined services for collection, processing, and transportation of the stem cell based biological material; c. obtaining the stem cell based biological material; d. processing the stem cell based biological material to form at least one biological product; e. testing the at least one biological product for quality control; f. preparing a vehicle formulation for a particular cosmetic product; and g. combining the at least one biological product with the vehicle formulation for a particular cosmetic product to obtain a particular cosmetic product.
48 . The business method of claim 47 , wherein the business method includes cryopreserving the at least one biological product.
49 . The business method of claim 47 , wherein the business method further comprises coordinating a cosmetic procedure by a service provider using the particular cosmetic product.
50 . The business method of claim 49 , wherein steps d, e, f and g can be repeated upon reordering by a client to obtain the particular cosmetic product from the at least one biological product.
51 . The business method of claim 50 , wherein the vehicle formulation is formulated for a defined section of the body.
52 . The business method of claim 51 , wherein the particular cosmetic product is autologous.
53 . A business method for collection, cryogenic storage and distribution of a biological sample comprising the steps of:
a. collecting a premium for defined services for collection, transportation, processing, cryogenic storage and distribution of a biological sample; b. coordinating the collection of the biological sample comprising (i) paying a predetermined fee in support of services performed for collection of the biological sample and (ii) supplying a collection system comprising a plurality of components for collection and transportation of the biological sample; c. obtaining the biological sample; d. transporting the biological sample in the collection system to a processing facility; e. introducing information from the collection system components to a processing module of a database; f. processing the biological sample, wherein the biological sample is digested and separated forming an isolated material; g. testing for quality control of the isolated material; h. combining at least a portion of the isolated material with a medium designed for a particular cosmetic product for growth of the at least one isolated material; i. preparing a vehicle formulation for a particular cosmetic product; and j. combining the at least a portion of the isolated material with a vehicle formulation for a particular cosmetic product to obtain a particular cosmetic product.
54 . The business method of claim 53 , wherein the business method further comprises coordinating a cosmetic procedure by a service provider using the particular cosmetic product.
55 . The business method of claim 54 , wherein the business method includes cryopreserving the isolated material.
56 . The business method of claim 55 , wherein steps h, i, and j can be repeated upon reordering by a client to obtain a particular cosmetic product from the biological sample.
57 . The business method of claim 56 , wherein the vehicle formulation is formulated for a defined section of the body.
58 . The business method of claim 57 , wherein the particular cosmetic product is autologous.
59 . The business method of claim 57 wherein the collection system comprises:
a. identification material for the obtained biological sample;
b. coded labels for use with an encoded program;
c. client sample bags;
d. transportation box; and
e. transportation labeling.
60 . The business method of claim 59 , wherein the collection system components are introduced to a processing module of a database via a log-in port, by scanning a barcode on the client sample bag in the completed recording information.
61 . The business method of claim 60 , wherein the obtained biological sample is an adipose tissue sample.
62 . The business method of claim 61 , wherein the isolated material is a stem cell pellet consisting essentially of a mixture of pre-adipocytes, adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells, microvascular endothelial cells, endothelial progenitor cells, and monocytes.
63 . A method to moisturize skin cells comprising contacting the dermis of living individual with the particular cosmetic product of the business method of claim 47 .
64 . A method to nourish skin cells comprising contacting the dermis of living individual with the particular cosmetic product of the business method of claim 47 .
65 . A system for producing a stem cell based cosmetic formulation product comprising:
a. a stem cell based biological material collection system; b. a stem cell based biological material collection system transportation system; c. a processing facility for processing the stem cell based biological material to form at least one biological product; d. a database; e. a storage facility; f. a retrieval system for distributing the at least one biological product; and g. a cosmetic formulation processing facility to prepare a particular cosmetic formulation product.
66 . The system of claim 65 , wherein the collection system comprising:
a. identification material for the stem cell based biological material; b. coded labels for use with an encoded program; c. client sample bags; d. a transportation box; and e. transportation labeling.
67 . The system of claim 66 , wherein the database comprises an encoded program to organize and store information regarding the stem cell based biological material and recording information.
68 . A method of preparing components for a stem cell based cosmetic by ultrasonic cavitation comprising the steps of:
a. forming a stromal vascular fraction by ultrasonic cavitation of an adipose tissue sample; b. combining the stromal vascular fraction with a growth media to grow stem cells to confluence; c. isolating and combining the stem cells with a non-growth media allowing secretion of cytokines from the stem cell to produce an active substance; and d. combining the active substance with a cosmetic formulation to form a cosmetic product.
69 . The method of claim 68 , wherein the active substance is combined with a cosmetic formulation having (i) a ph of between 6.0 and 8.0, and (ii) contains no proteases and (iii) is sterile.
70 . The method of claim 69 , wherein the growth media is a specie specific media.
71 . The method of claim 70 , wherein the combining the biological sample with a growth media in step d. further comprises combining tropoelastin with the active substance.
72 . An autologous cosmetic product formed by the method of claim 71 .Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
