Abstract

A hair clipper storage and retention system which generally includes a base portion and a head portion meeting at a bend. The base portion can be affixed to any suitable surface using double-sided tape, magnets, hook-and-loop fasteners such as Velcro®, or by any other suitable means. The base is intended to be placed in a convenient location for the user, such as on a mirror or a work surface. The head portion includes a magnet or other suitable receiver element which is designed to receive the head of a hair clipper device, which tend to be metal or include metal. This allows the hair clipper device to be conveniently and safely stored around the work station of the user and in easy reach and able to be retrieved with only one hand.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
Having thus described the invention, what is claimed as new and desired to be secured by Letters Patent is:

1 . A hair clipper storage system comprising:
a clipper holder having an upper portion and a base forming an angle; said upper portion comprising a magnet configured for magnetically receiving a head of a hair clipper device such that said head is magnetically attached to said magnet; said base comprising a mounting element configured to secure said base to a work surface; and said clipper holder configured to securely hold said hair clipper device against said magnet while remaining stationary about said work surface.

2 . The hair clipper storage system of claim 1 , wherein said magnet is embedded within said upper portion.

3 . The hair clipper storage system of claim 2 , wherein said upper portion and said base are molded into a single, congruent piece of material.

4 . The hair clipper storage system of claim 1 , wherein said magnet is located on an exterior face of said upper portion.

5 . The hair clipper storage system of claim 1 , wherein said mounting element comprises an adhesive layer.

6 . The hair clipper storage system of claim 1 , wherein said upper portion and said base are molded into a single, congruent piece of material.

7 . A method of securing a hair clipper device, the method comprising:
providing a clipper holder comprising an upper portion and a base, said upper portion and said base forming an angle, thereby defining a receiving space; securing said base against a work surface using a mounting element; placing the hair clipper device into said receiving space; and securing a head of said hair clipper device against said upper portion via a magnet within said upper portion.

8 . The method of claim 7 , wherein said magnet is embedded within said upper portion.

9 . The method of claim 8 , wherein said upper portion and said base are molded into a single, congruent piece of material.

10 . The method of claim 7 , wherein said magnet is located on an exterior face of said upper portion.

11 . The method of claim 7 , wherein said mounting element comprises an adhesive layer.

12 . The method of claim 7 , wherein said upper portion and said base are molded into a single, congruent piece of material.
