Abstract

Methods for forming 3-dimensional eyelashes are provided. One of the methods includes obtaining existing eyelashes made from human hair, animal hair, or artificial materials, applying material to the existing eyelashes to achieve a desired thickness, and sculpting the material to a desired shape of the 3-dimensional eyelashes.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 - 20 . (canceled)

         21 . A artificial eyelash prosthetic comprising:
an elongate member having a proximal end configured to be attached to a user's eyelid such that the elongate member extends outward and substantially perpendicularly from the user's eyelid, wherein the elongate member lays on top of and covers at least a portion of a user's natural eyelash.

22 . The artificial eyelash of claim 1 , wherein the elongate member comprises a varying cross-section along its length.

23 . The artificial eyelash of claim 1 , wherein the elongate member comprises a three-dimensional, shape, wherein the three-dimensional shape comprises one or more of: a pine needle's shape, an insect leg's shape, and a part of a flower's shape.

24 . The artificial eyelash of claim 1 , wherein the elongate member comprises a thickness at least equal to a thickness of the user's natural eyelash with multiple layers of one or more of: latex, silicone, rubber, or glue.

25 . The artificial eyelash of claim 1 , wherein the elongate member is molded member formed from one or more of silicone, latex, metal, rubber, plastic, or fiber.

         26 . A three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic comprising:
a base; and a plurality of elongate members extending from the base in substantially the same direction, each of the elongate members having varying cross-sections along its length, wherein adjacent elongate members are non-symmetric in shape.

27 . The three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic of claim 6 , wherein the three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic is adapted to be applied over and cover one or more of a user's natural eyelashes.

28 . The three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic of claim 7 , wherein the three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic is adapted to be cover substantially all of the user's natural eyelashes.

29 . The three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic of claim 6 , wherein the three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic comprises a silhouette, wherein the silhouette is dissimilar from the user's natural eyelashes' silhouette.

30 . The three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic of claim 6 , each of the elongate members comprises a thickness equal to a thickness of an eyelash with multiple layers of one or more of: latex, silicone, rubber, or glue.

31 . The three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic of claim 6 , wherein the three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic is molded from one or more of silicone, latex, metal, rubber, plastic, or fiber.

32 . The three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic of claim 6 , wherein the elongate member comprises a three-dimensional, shape, wherein the three-dimensional shape comprises one or more of a pine needle's shape, an insect leg's shape, and a part of a flower's shape.

         33 . A three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic comprising:
an arc-shaped base, the arc-shaped based adapted to be attached to a user's eyelid; and an eyelash portion extending outward and substantially perpendicularly from the arc-shaped base, wherein the eyelash portion comprises:
 a substantially arc-shaped cross-section,
a distal end, wherein a perimeter of the distal end is substantially jagged, and
a length substantially equal to the length of the arc-shaped base.

34 . The three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic of claim 13 , wherein the three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic is adapted to be applied over and cover one or more of a user's natural eyelashes.

35 . The three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic of claim 14 , wherein the three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic is adapted to be cover substantially all of the user's natural eyelashes.

36 . The three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic of claim 15 , wherein the three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic comprises a silhouette, wherein the silhouette is dissimilar from the user's natural eyelashes' silhouette.

37 . The three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic of claim 14 , the eyelash portion comprises a thickness equal to a thickness of an eyelash with multiple layers of one or more of: latex, silicone, rubber, or glue.

38 . The three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic of claim 14 , wherein the three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic is molded from one or more of silicone, latex, metal, rubber, plastic, or fiber.

39 . The three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic of claim 14 , wherein the eyelash portion comprises a three-dimensional, shape, wherein the three-dimensional shape comprises one or more of a pine needle's shape, an insect leg's shape, and a part of a flower's shape.

40 . The three-dimensional eyelash prosthetic of claim 14 , wherein the arc-shaped base is configured to be glued to a user's eyelid.
