Abstract
Disclosed in the present invention are data transmitting method, a terminal and a base station. Provided is as feasible method for transmitting feedback information under the scenario in which a unlicensed carrier works independently, and in which the feedback information corresponding to a plurality of time limits for downlink transmission are transmitted within a time unit for uplink transmission, thereby improving the efficiency of feedback.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A data transmission method, applied to a terminal, comprising:
receiving, by the terminal, downlink data over N successive time units, wherein N is a positive integer greater than 1; and transmitting, by the terminal, feedback information of the downlink data received over the N successive time units within a first time unit, wherein the first time unit is a time unit determined based on a feedback processing latency, with a last time unit in the N successive time units as a reference.
2 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the first time unit is a first one of time units after the feedback processing latency, with the last time unit in the N successive time units as a reference.
3 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the downlink data comprises downlink service data.
4 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the first time unit is a timeslot.
5 . A data transmission method, applied to a base station, comprising:
sending, by the base station, downlink data over N successive time units, wherein N is a positive integer greater than 1; and receiving, by the base station, feedback information of the downlink data received over the N successive time units within a first time unit, wherein the first time unit is a time unit determined based on a feedback processing latency, with a last time unit in the N successive time units as a reference.
6 . The method according to claim 5 , wherein the first time unit is a first one of time units after the feedback processing latency, with the last time unit in the N successive time units as a reference.
7 . The method according to claim 5 , wherein the downlink data comprises downlink service data.
8 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the first time unit is a timeslot.
9 . A base station, comprising:
a sender, configured to send downlink data over N successive time units, wherein N is a positive integer greater than 1; and a receiver, configured to receive feedback information of the downlink data received over the N successive time units within a first time unit, wherein the first time unit is a time unit determined based on a feedback processing latency, with a last time unit in the N successive time units as a reference.
10 . The base station according to claim 9 , wherein the first time unit is a first one of time units after the feedback processing latency, with the last time unit in the N successive time units as a reference.
11 . The base station according to claim 9 , wherein the downlink data comprises downlink service data.
12 . The base station according to claim 9 , wherein the first time unit is a timeslot.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
