Abstract

In one embodiment, a controller that includes one or more processors and a non-transitory computer readable storage media is configured to determine: information about one or more electricity producing elements of a first electrical network, wherein the first electrical network is coupled by a first conductive path to electrical wiring of an end user, which is coupled by a second conductive path to one or more electricity producing elements of a public utility electrical network; information about one or more electrical storage elements of the first electrical network; and an electrical demand of the end user. The controller is further configured to determine an amount of electricity to deliver from the first electrical network to the end user based on that information.
