Abstract

The invention relates to field of filing legal documents via the cloud (100, 130).The best mode of this invention is considered to be cloud based internet filing and storage system of legal documents that allows the user to compose and file documents, based on computer generated attorney instructions, forms and letter templates, without actually hiring an attorney.The invention has the advantage of providing legally correct advice at an affordable price to the end customer in multiple jurisdictions and substantive fields at once.

1 . A computer system, comprising at least one server computer ( 100 ) and at least one terminal device ( 110 ), and user ( 120 ) data is stored or entered on the terminal device and/or server computer ( 130 ) characterised in that,
 a user of the terminal device has an official or business matter with a governmental or civil authority,   the computer system is configured to provide at least one electronic form or at least one letter template required to carry out the official or business matter with the authority to the user,   the said computer system is configured to carry out or provide forms to carry out at least one official or business matter with a plurality of authorities with the same user data, and the said computer system is configured to provide the first filing of documents ( 430 ,  450 ) optionally by an attorney, and then establish Pro Se representation for the user ( 440 ).   
     
     
         2 . A computer system ( 400 ) as claimed in  claim 1 , characterised in that, the said plurality of authorities is configured to comprise authorities from multiple different countries, different areas of government, and/or different areas of civil government. 
     
     
         3 . A computer system as claimed in  claim 1 , characterised in that, said user data is configured to be imported from a social network ( 410 ). 
     
     
         4 . A computer system as claimed in  claim 1 , characterised in that, said computer system is configured to store a payment method, and/or configured to make payments of fees ( 420 ) related to carrying out the said official or business matter to at least one authority. 
     
     
         5 . A computer system as claimed in  claim 1 , characterised in that, said computer system is configured to facilitate the electronic filing of documents to at least one said authority.

A computer system as claimed in  claim 1 , characterised in that, the said computer system is configured to provide an electronic correspondence address ( 460 ), and/or a mail address in the jurisdiction of the at least one authority for the correspondence with at least one said authority, and optionally language translation of incoming documents, for example for the language of the incoming document to the language of the user.

A computer system as claimed in  claim 1 , characterised in that, the said computer system is configured to provide automatic, semiautomatic, and/or manual electronic archiving of correspondence and documents, optionally by associating a docket number with a matter ( 470 ). 
     
     
         9 . A computer system ( 700 ) as claimed in  claim 1 , characterised in that, the said computer system may be configured to provide any of the following to the user:
 instructions on how to prosecute the matter of the user based on law and/or governmental instructions ( 700 ),   automatic set of instructions that are carried out by the computer system to maintain rights without any input from the user ( 710 ),   provide checks between two matters and/or dockets associated with the matters, and optionally provide further prosecution steps ( 720 ),   prosecution possibility map and/or prosecution tree as a function of time ( 730 ), and/or   provide decision outcome forecast based on global or local past statistics of similar cases ( 740 ),   provide global statistics on all said authorities, prosecution matters and/or individual decision makers/officials ( 750 ), and/or   provide evidence and/or witness gathering service relevant to the matter of the user ( 760 ).

A computer system as claimed in  claim 1 , characterised in that, said computer system is configured to provide a decision entry interface for the at least one decision maker via at least one computer ( 770 ), and/or said computer system is configured to be integrated with an enterprise resource management software and/or bookkeeping software ( 780 ). 
     
     
         11 . A computer software program ( 300 ) stored on at least one memory medium, on at least one server computer and/or at least one terminal device, and user data is stored or entered on the terminal device and/or server computer characterised in that,
 a user ( 320 ) of the terminal device has an official or business matter with a governmental or civil authority,   the computer software program is configured to provide at least one electronic form ( 310 ,  340 ) or at least one letter template required to carry out the official or business matter with the authority to the user,   the said computer software program is configured to carry out or provide forms to carry out at least one official or business matter with a plurality of authorities ( 350 ) with the same user data, and the said computer software is configured to provide the first filing of documents optionally by an attorney, and then establish Pro Se representation for the user ( 640 ).   
     
     
         12 . A software program product as claimed in  claim 11 , characterised in that, the said plurality of authorities is configured to comprise authorities from multiple different countries, different areas of government, and/or different areas of civil government ( 600 ). 
     
     
         13 . A software program product as claimed in  claim 11 , characterised in that, said user data is configured to be imported from a social network ( 610 ).

A software program product as claimed in  claim 11 , characterised in that, said computer software is configured to store a payment method, and/or configured to make payments of fees related to carrying out the said official or business matter to at least one authority ( 620 ).

A software program product ( 910 ) as claimed in  claim 11 , characterised in that, said computer software is configured to provide a decision entry interface for the at least one decision maker via at least one computer ( 770 ), and/or said computer software is configured to be integrated with an enterprise resource management software and/or bookkeeping software ( 780 ). 
     
     
         21 . A prosecution method, comprising at least one server computer and at least one terminal device, and user data is stored or entered on the terminal device and/or server computer ( 200 ) characterised in that,
 a user of the terminal device has an official or business matter with a governmental or civil authority ( 220 ),   the computer system provides at least one electronic form or at least one letter template required to carry out the official or business matter with the authority to the user ( 210 ),   the said computer system carries out or provides forms to carry out at least one official or business matter with a plurality of authorities ( 230 ) with the same user data, and the said computer system provides the first filing of documents by an attorney ( 540 ), and then establish Pro Se representation for the user ( 550 ).   
     
     
         22 . A method as claimed in  claim 21 , characterised in that, the said plurality of authorities comprises authorities from multiple different countries, different areas of government, and/or different areas of civil government ( 500 ).
