Sensor-based authentication, notification, and assistance systems
Abstract
Aspects of the disclosure relate to notification, and assistance systems that may utilize sensor-based authentication techniques. A computing platform may receive user information corresponding to a first user. The user information may be authentication information from a sensor and/or a first communication device associated with the user. Based on the received user information, the computing platform may authenticate an identity of the first user and determine a location of the first user. Then, based on authenticating the identity and determining the location, the sensor may retrieve data corresponding to the first user and transmit the data to a second communication device.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A computing platform, comprising:
at least one processor; a communication interface communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; and memory storing computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the computing platform to:
receive, via the communication interface and from a first communication device associated with a first user, source data;
store the source data in a user database;
link the source data to the first user;
determine, based on the source data, assistance information, wherein the assistance information comprises an indication of a location;
transmit, via the communication interface and to a second communication device associated with the first user, the assistance information;
receive, via the communication interface, an indication of a location of the first user as determined by a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) module of the second communication device;
based on the location of the first user corresponding to the location indicated in the assistance information:
retrieve, from the user database, at least a portion of the source data corresponding to the first user, and
transmit, via the communication interface, a notification message to a third communication device associated with a second user, wherein the notification message comprises at least the portion of the source data corresponding to the first user.
2 . The computing platform of claim 1 , wherein the location of the first user corresponds to a location of the second communication device associated with the first user.
3 . The computing platform of claim 1 , wherein the second communication device is the same as the first communication device.
4 . The computing platform of claim 1 , wherein the source data corresponds to data as input by the first user via a user interface of the first communication device.
5 . The computing platform of claim 1 , wherein the assistance information further comprises information corresponding to the second user associated with the third communication device.
6 . The computing platform of claim 1 , wherein:
receiving the source data comprises parsing keywords from the source data; and determining the assistance information comprises determining the assistance information based on the parsed keywords.
7 . The computing platform of claim 1 , wherein the notification message further comprises data corresponding to a third user linked with the first user.
8 . The computing platform of claim 1 , wherein the notification message further comprises data corresponding to historical activity at the first communication device or the second communication device.
9 . The computing platform of claim 1 , wherein the computer-readable instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the computing platform to:
receive biometric identification information corresponding to the first user as determined by one or more biometric sensors; and transmit the notification message by causing transmitting the notification message based on authenticating, using the biometric information, an identity of the first user.
10 . The computing platform of claim 9 , wherein the one or more biometric sensors are at the location indicated in the assistance information.
11 . The computing platform of claim 9 , the second communication device comprises the one or more biometric sensors.
12 . A method comprising:
receiving, from a first communication device associated with a first user, source data; storing the source data in a user database; linking the source data to the first user; determining, based on the source data, assistance information, wherein the assistance information comprises an indication of a location; transmitting, to a second communication device associated with the first user, the assistance information; receiving an indication of a location of the first user as determined by a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) module of the second communication device; based on the location of the first user corresponding to the location indicated in the assistance information:
retrieving, from the user database, at least a portion of the source data corresponding to the first user, and
transmitting a notification message to a third communication device associated with a second user, wherein the notification message comprises at least the portion of the source data corresponding to the first user.
13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the second communication device is the same as the first communication device.
14 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the source data corresponds to data as input by the first user via a user interface of the first communication device.
15 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the assistance information further comprises information corresponding to the second user associated with the third communication device.
16 . The method of claim 12 , wherein:
receiving the source data comprises parsing keywords from the source data; and determining the assistance information comprises determining the assistance information based on the parsed keywords.
17 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the notification message further comprises data corresponding to a third user linked with the first user.
18 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the notification message further comprises data corresponding to historical activity at the first communication device or the second communication device.
19 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising:
receiving biometric identification information corresponding to the first user as determined by one or more biometric sensors; and wherein the transmitting the notification message comprises transmitting the notification message based on authenticating, using the biometric information, an identity of the first user.
20 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed cause a computing platform to:
receive, from a first communication device associated with a first user, source data; store the source data in a user database; link the source data to the first user; determine, based on the source data, assistance information, wherein the assistance information comprises an indication of a location; transmit, to a second communication device associated with the first user, the assistance information; receive an indication of a location of the first user as determined by a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) module of the second communication device; based on the location of the first user corresponding to the location indicated in the assistance information:
retrieve, from the user database, at least a portion of the source data corresponding to the first user, and
transmit a notification message to a third communication device associated with a second user, wherein the notification message comprises at least the portion of the source data corresponding to the first user.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
