Abstract
A double drawcord winding device has a belt pulley supported by a belt pulley bearing to mount on a webbing wheel shaft, two one-way bearings disposed on two sides of the belt pulley bearing, a second shaft sleeve securely mounted on the belt pulley and mounted around the one-way bearings, two winding devices disposed on two sides of the belt pulley and each having a first shaft sleeve extended toward the belt pulley, inserted into and mounted in one of the one-way bearings, each winding device having a winding bearing, a pull cord and a coil spring with two ends, two locating sleeves mounted on the webbing wheel shaft and mounted in the winding devices, one of the two ends of the coil spring connected to the locating sleeve, and other end connected to the winding device.

1 . A double drawcord winding device, and characterized in that the double drawcord winding device comprises:
a belt pulley disposed on a webbing wheel shaft and supported by a belt pulley bearing; two one-way bearings respectively disposed on two sides of the belt pulley bearing; a second shaft sleeve securely mounted on the belt pulley and having an inner hole securely mounted around exteriors of the one-way bearings; two winding devices respectively disposed on two sides of the belt pulley, and each winding device having a first shaft sleeve extended toward the belt pulley, inserted into and securely mounted in one of the two one-way bearings; each one of the winding devices disposed on the webbing wheel shaft and supported by a winding bearing; each one of the winding devices having a pull cord; two locating sleeves securely mounted on the webbing wheel shaft and respectively mounted in the two winding devices; and each one of the winding devices having a coil spring, the coil spring having two ends, one of the two ends connected to the locating sleeve that is mounted in the winding device, and other one of the two ends connected to the winding device.
2 . The double drawcord winding device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein
each one of the winding devices has an annular groove; and a pull cord is disposed in the annular groove of each one of the winding devices and has an end securely connected to the corresponding winding device.
3 . The double drawcord winding device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein each pull cord is closer to the belt pulley than the coil spring of the winding device.
4 . The double drawcord winding device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the belt pulley is disposed farther from one of the two winding devices and closer to the other one of the two winding devices.
5 . The double drawcord winding device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein
one of the locating sleeves is formed with the webbing wheel shaft by welding, casting or engaging; the other one of the locating sleeves is mounted around the webbing wheel shaft and has an anti-rotation surface; the webbing wheel shaft has an anti-rotation surface engaging with the anti-rotation surface of the locating sleeve that is mounted around the webbing wheel shaft; and a limit circlip is sleeved on the webbing wheel shaft and is held the locating sleeve that has the anti-rotation surface.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
