The present invention relates to an improved sleeping bag for use during camping, trekking or other adventures. The sleeping bag comprises a memory foam padding base structure that allows the users to comfortably sleep inside the sleeping bag. Additionally, the sleeping bag features a plurality of heating elements distributed in multiple sections of the sleeping bag. Each of the plurality of heating elements independently controlled by a user. The sleeping bag further includes a solar panel(s) and/or power supply cord(s) to charge the heating elements for operation. The improved design of the sleeping bag enhances the overall outdoor sleeping experience of the users.

What is claimed is:

         1 . A sleeping bag comprising:
a base that is generally rectangular in shape and comprised of a foam, wherein said base includes two opposing longitudinal edges, a head end, and a foot end; a waterproof top cover dimensioned to cover said base and attached to said base along said two opposing longitudinal edges, said head end, and said foot end, wherein said base further comprises a plurality of integrated heating elements; and wherein said plurality of integrated heating elements include a first heating element for a head and neck portion of a user, a second heating element for a back and abdomen portion of the user, and a third heating element for a pair of legs and feet of the user.

2 . The sleeping bag of claim 1 further comprising a controller for independently adjusting said first heating element, said second heating element, and said third heating element.

3 . The sleeping bag of claim 2 , further comprising a battery for powering said controller and said plurality of integrated heating elements.

4 . The sleeping bag of claim 3 further comprising a solar panel for converting a solar energy into an electrical energy to power said plurality of integrated heating elements.

5 . The sleeping bag of claim 4 , wherein said battery is rechargeable.

6 . The sleeping bag of claim 5 , wherein said solar panel is selectively removable from said sleeping bag.

7 . The sleeping bag of claim 6 , wherein said foam is a memory foam.

         8 . A sleeping bag comprising:
a base that is generally rectangular in shape and comprised of a foam, a pair of opposing longitudinal edges, a head end and a foot end; a waterproof top cover, dimensioned to cover said base and attached to said base along said pair of opposing longitudinal edges, said head end and said foot end; a plurality of integrated heating elements; and a controller for independently adjusting said plurality of integrated heating elements.

9 . The sleeping bag of claim 8 , wherein said plurality of integrated heating elements include a first heating element for a head and neck portion of a user, a second heating element for a back and abdomen portion of the user, and a third heating element for legs and feet of the user.

10 . The sleeping bag of claim 9 further comprising a battery for powering said controller and said plurality of integrated heating elements.

11 . The sleeping bag of claim 10 , further comprising a solar panel for converting solar energy into electrical energy to power said plurality of integrated heating elements and said controller.

12 . The sleeping bag of claim 11 , wherein said battery is rechargeable.

13 . The sleeping bag of claim 12 , wherein said solar panel is selectively removable from said sleeping bag.

14 . The sleeping bag of claim 13 , wherein said foam is a memory foam.

         15 . A heated sleeping bag comprising:
a generally rectangular foam base comprising a pair of opposing longitudinal edges, a head end, and a foot end; a top cover dimensioned to cover said generally rectangular foam base and attached thereto along said pair of opposing longitudinal edges, said head end, and said foot end; a plurality of integrated heating elements; a controller for independently adjusting said plurality of integrated heating elements; and a solar panel for converting a solar energy into an electrical energy to power said plurality of integrated heating elements and said controller, wherein said solar panel is selectively removable from said sleeping bag.

16 . The sleeping bag of claim 15 , wherein said plurality of integrated heating elements include a first heating element for a head and neck portion of a user, a second heating element for a back and abdomen portion of the user, and a third heating element for legs and feet of the user.

17 . The sleeping bag of claim 16 further comprising a battery for powering said controller and said plurality of integrated heating elements.

18 . The sleeping bag of claim 17 , wherein said battery is rechargeable.
