Abstract
The present utility model discloses a roller skate. The rollers are divided into the front roller group and the rear roller group, and the rear roller group is rotatably disposed at the bottom of the skate body through the reversing mechanism, so that switching of the rear roller group between line arrangement and row arrangement is realized, the scope of application of the roller skate is effectively extended, and the roller skate has higher practicability.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A roller skate, comprising a skate body and rollers disposed below the skate body, and characterized in that the rollers are divided into a front roller group and a rear roller group, the rear roller group is disposed at a bottom of the skate body through a reversing mechanism, the rear roller group comprises a plurality of rear rollers, the reversing mechanism controls the plurality of rear rollers to be arranged in a line or in a row, and a traveling direction of the plurality of rear rollers always faces a front and rear direction of the skate body.
2 . The roller skate of claim 1 , characterized in that the reversing mechanism comprises:
a reversing base, comprising a rotating bracket, wherein the rotating bracket is rotatably disposed at the bottom of the skate body, and the plurality of rear rollers are rotatably disposed on the rotating bracket; a reversing transmission mechanism, in transmission connection with each rear roller and the rotating bracket, and configured to drive each rear roller and the rotating bracket to rotate so that the plurality of rear rollers can be arranged in a line or in a row; and a reversing adjustment switch, detachably abutting against the rotating bracket, wherein the reversing adjustment switch can release locking of the rotating bracket when reversing is needed, and lock the rotating bracket when the plurality of rear rollers are arranged in a line or in a row.
3 . The roller skate of claim 2 , characterized in that the rear roller group is provided with two rear rollers, the rotating bracket is provided with two transmission holes located on the same diameter line and radially symmetrical, and the two rear rollers are respectively rotatably installed at the transmission holes through corresponding rear roller brackets; and the two rear rollers can be driven by the rotating bracket to rotate together around an axis of the rotating bracket, and the two rear rollers can respectively rotate around axes of the transmission holes in the transmission holes.
4 . The roller skate of claim 3 , characterized in that the reversing transmission mechanism comprises:
an inner tooth groove disposed in the bottom of the skate body; and guide gears meshing with the inner tooth groove, wherein there are two guide gears, and the two guide gears are fixedly connected with the two rear rollers one by one.
5 . The roller skate of claim 4 , characterized in that the rear roller brackets abut against a first side of the rotating bracket, the guide gears abut against a second side of the rotating bracket, and the guide gears are fixedly installed on the rear roller brackets; and upper top surfaces of the rear roller brackets are provided with positioning lugs, positioning grooves are disposed in positions, corresponding to the positioning lugs, of lower bottom surfaces of the guide gears, and the positioning lugs are inserted in the positioning grooves.
6 . The roller skate of claim 4 , characterized in that the inner tooth groove and the guide gears are provided with a rotating limiting structure in a matched mode, and the rotating limiting structure is configured to limit a rotatable angle of the rotating bracket to be plus or minus 90 degrees; and the rotating limiting structure comprises second rotating limiting bosses disposed on the guide gears, and rotating limiting grooves disposed in the inner tooth groove.
7 . The roller skate of claim 2 , characterized in that the reversing base further comprises a rotating cover plate, and the rotating bracket is rotatably disposed at the bottom of the skate body through the rotating cover plate; and a middle of the rotating cover plate is provided with a rotating avoiding hole, and a first rotating limiting boss abutting against an inner side wall of the rotating avoiding hole is disposed at a position, corresponding to the rotating avoiding hole, of the rotating cover plate.
8 . The roller skate of claim 2 , characterized in that the reversing adjustment switch comprises:
a reversing switch main body; and a reversing elastic member configured to elastically dispose the reversing switch main body on one side of the rotating bracket; an outer side of the rotating bracket is provided with a concave locking notch; the reversing switch main body comprises a locking part matched with the locking notch to cooperatively lock the rotating bracket, and a control part configured to control the locking part to be inserted into or removed from the locking notch; and a reset direction of the reversing elastic member faces the locking notch.
9 . The roller skate of claim 8 , characterized in that the reversing switch main body further comprises a fixing part, the fixing part is fixed to the skate body through a fixing member, and the skate body is provided with a fixing member moving groove for the fixing member to move accordingly when the locking part is inserted into or removed from the locking notch.
10 . The roller skate of claim 2 , characterized in that the skate body comprises a heel and a toe cap, the heel and the toe cap are provided with a size adjusting mechanism in a matched manner, and the size adjusting mechanism comprises:
a size adjusting switch elastically disposed at a bottom of the heel; a plurality of size adjusting clamping openings disposed in a bottom of the toe cap and arranged in a front and rear direction to limit different skate lengths, wherein the size adjusting switch can be inserted into or removed from the size adjusting clamping openings; and size adjusting switch avoiding grooves disposed in the bottoms of the heel and the toe cap in a matched manner.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
