Claims

Abstract

A method for transmitting an SRS by a terminal may comprise the steps of: receiving, from a base station, one of an SRS resource indicator (SRI), a CSI-RS resource indicator (CRI), a synchronization signal block (SSB) identifier, and an uplink transmission configuration indicator (TCI); on the basis of whether the received indicator/identifier includes an indication that the corresponding indicator/identifier is commonly used for an SRS resource group or an indication that the corresponding indicator/identifier is used for a first SRS resource of the SRS resource group, determining whether to use the same transmission beam or use different transmission beams to transmit an SRS in the SRS resource group; on the basis of the determination, determining a transmission beam for the terminal, indicated by the received indicator/identifier; and transmitting the SRS in the first SRS resource on the basis of the transmission beam for the terminal, wherein the SRS resource group includes the first SRS resource and a second SRS resource.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method of transmitting a sounding reference signal (SRS) by a user equipment (UE), the method comprising:
 receiving information on a transmission configuration indication (TCI) configured for an SRS resource set; and   transmitting the SRS based on the TCI,   wherein the SRS on the SRS resources within the SRS resource set is transmitted based on a spatial relation with a reference signal,   wherein the TCI includes information on a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) or a synchronization signal block (SSB) for the SRS resource set, and   wherein the reference signal is CSI-RS or SSB indicated by the TCI.   
     
     
         2 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the TCI is a common TCI for uplink. 
     
     
         3 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the TCI includes a field indicating whether the TCI is commonly used for the SRS resources included in the SRS resource set,
 wherein, based on the field indicates the TCI is commonly used for the SRS resources, a transmission beam used for transmission of the SRS on the SRS resources is the same as the transmission beam of the UE, and   wherein, based on the field indicates the TCI is used for the SRS resource, transmission beams used for transmission of the SRS on each of the SRS resources are different.   
     
     
         4 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the TCI further includes a set of SRI (SRS resource indicator) for the SRS resource set. 
     
     
         5 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the TCI is received through downlink control information (DCI), radio resource control (RRC) signaling, or a medium access control element (MAC-CE). 
     
     
         6 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the SRS is transmitted in one, two, or four symbols on the SRS resource. 
     
     
         7 . A user equipment (UE) for transmitting a sounding reference signal (SRS), the UE comprising:
 a receiver configured to receive information on a transmission configuration indication (TCI) configured for an SRS resource set;   a transmitter configured to transmit the SRS based on the TCI, and   wherein the SRS on the SRS resources within the SRS resource set is transmitted based on a spatial relation with a reference signal,   wherein the TCI includes information on a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) or a synchronization signal block (SSB) for the SRS resource set, and wherein the reference signal is CSI-RS or SSB indicated by the TCI.   
     
     
         8 . The UE of  claim 7 , wherein the TCI is a common TCI for uplink. 
     
     
         9 . The UE of  claim 7 , wherein the TCI includes a field indicating whether the TCI is commonly used for the SRS resources included in the SRS resource set,
 wherein, based on the field indicates the TCI is commonly used for the SRS resources, a transmission beam used for transmission of the SRS on the SRS resources is the same as the transmission beam of the UE, and   wherein, based on the field indicates the TCI is used for the SRS resource, transmission beams used for transmission of the SRS on each of the SRS resources are different.   
     
     
         10 . The UE of  claim 7 , wherein the TCI further includes a set of SRI (SRS resource indicator) for the SRS resource set. 
     
     
         11 . The UE of  claim 7 , wherein the TCI is received through downlink control information (DCI), radio resource control (RRC) signaling, or a medium access control element (MAC-CE). 
     
     
         12 . The UE of  claim 7 , wherein the SRS is transmitted in one, two, or four symbols on the SRS resource.
