Abstract

The present invention relates to a perforable capsule for packaging components, comprising a cover (1) and a flexible pouch (2) in which the component(s) is (are) packaged and which is movable relative to said cover (1). The present invention also relates to a perforable capsule where said flexible pouch (2) is positioned inside a rigid body. The present invention also relates to the use of this capsule for the packaging of components, preferably cosmetic components, and the use of this capsule in a device for the manufacture of a personalized cosmetic product by mixing at least two components, wherein at least one of the two components is contained in the capsule. The present invention also relates to a method for withdrawing the contents of a capsule and a kit for manufacturing a personalized product, preferably cosmetic.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . Perforable capsule for packaging component(s) comprising a cover, and characterized in that it comprises a flexible pouch in which the component(s) is (are) packaged and which is movable relative to said cover, and which is positioned inside a rigid body constituting the outside of the capsule, said flexible pouch being characterized in that it detaches from the bottom of the rigid body when suctioning up its contents.

2 . Capsule according to claim 1 , characterized in that said flexible pouch is made of plastic and/or polyethylene and/or polyvinyl chloride and/or aluminum.

3 . Capsule according to claim 1 , characterized in that the wall of said flexible pouch has a thickness of 50 to 200 μm.

4 . Capsule according to claim 1 , characterized in that the cover is composed of plastic and/or of polyethylene and/or of aluminum and/or of plasticized paper; preferably, said cover is composed of a lamination of aluminum and polyethylene.

5 . Capsule according to claim 1 , characterized in that said flexible pouch is fixed by heat sealing between said rigid pouch and the cover.

6 . Capsule according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises between 0.1 and 5 mL of component, preferably between 0.3 and 0.5 mL of component.

         7 . Capsule according to claim 6 , characterized in that said component has a dynamic viscosity of 0.001 Pa.s to 500 Pa.s at 20° C.

8 . Capsule according to claim 6 , characterized in that said component is chosen from sauces, paint, syrup, honey, oil, spread, butter, jam, alcohols, perfumed liquids and/or cosmetic ingredients.

9 . Capsule according to claim 8 , characterized in that the component is a cosmetic ingredient, preferably in aqueous cream or serum form.

10 . Capsule according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises at least one identification code.

11 . Capsule according to claim 1 , characterized in that it can be perforated by a mechanical perforation and suction system, preferably a hollow needle and a suction means.

12 . Use of the capsule according to claim 1 for packaging cosmetic ingredients.

13 . Use of the capsule according to claim 1 in a device for the manufacture of a personalized cosmetic product by mixing at least two components, wherein at least one of the two components is contained in the capsule.

14 . Method for withdrawing the contents of a perforable capsule according to claim 1 , comprising the steps of:
 1. Positioning of the cover of the capsule at a withdrawal device, preferably composed of a hollow needle and a suction means; 2. Perforating the cover by the withdrawal device; 3. Withdrawal by suction, preferably by the hollow needle and the suction means, of the component present in the flexible pouch, itself in said capsule, the flexible pouch in which the component is placed coming off the bottom of the capsule under the effect of suction, bringing said component into contact with the hollow needle.

15 . Kit for manufacturing a personalized product, preferably cosmetic, comprising:
At least one capsule according to claim 1 , containing a component, preferably cosmetic; At least one container, preferably a capsule or a jar, containing another component; A withdrawal device; A component mixing device.
