Abstract

Provided by the present disclosure are a pickleball paddle with a sectional structure and a manufacturing process. The pickleball paddle comprises a paddle head and a paddle handle which are made of a paddle core material, a part between the paddle head and the paddle handle is divided into two separate parts which are the paddle head and the paddle handle by cutting, and the thickness at the thickest part of the paddle handle is smaller than or equal to the thickness of the paddle head. The present disclosure has the beneficial effects that the paddle core material is processed into the paddle head and the paddle handle, the paddle head and the paddle handle are cut off at proper positions to form two cut-off parts, and separate processing of the paddle head and the paddle handle is achieved.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A pickleball paddle with a sectional structure, comprising a paddle head ( 1 ) and a paddle handle ( 2 ) which are made of a paddle core material; a part between the paddle head ( 1 ) and the paddle handle ( 2 ) is divided into two separate parts which are the paddle head ( 1 ) and the paddle handle ( 2 ) by cutting, and the thickness at the thickest part of the paddle handle ( 2 ) is smaller than or equal to the thickness of the paddle head ( 1 ).

2 . The pickleball paddle with the sectional structure according to claim 1 , wherein any position between the tail end ( 6 ) of the paddle head ( 1 ) and a neck line ( 5 ) of the paddle handle is cut off and separated to form a cut-off line ( 4 ) and the neck line ( 5 ).

3 . The pickleball paddle with the sectional structure according to claim 1 , wherein the thickness of a handle body between the top cut-off line ( 4 ) of the paddle handle ( 2 ) and the neck line ( 5 ) of the paddle handle ( 2 ) is gradually reduced.

4 . The pickleball paddle with the sectional structure according to claim 1 , wherein the thickness at the thickest part of the paddle handle ( 2 ) is smaller than or equal to the thickness of the paddle head ( 1 ).

5 . The pickleball paddle with the sectional structure according to claim 1 , wherein the outsides of cut-off parts of the paddle head ( 1 ) and the paddle handle ( 2 ), through the design of structural strength and paddle swinging performance, are wrapped with wrapping layers ( 3 ) composed of carbon fiber yarns or glass fiber yarns layer by layer and then fixed to form an integrated paddle body structure.

6 . The pickleball paddle with the sectional structure according to claim 5 , wherein the wrapping layer ( 3 ) is made of a carbon fiber material, a glass fiber material, and a filling material.

7 . The pickleball paddle with the sectional structure according to claim 5 , wherein the wrapping layer ( 3 ), after being cured by a mold, is cooled to connect and fix the paddle head ( 1 ) and the paddle handle ( 2 ) into a whole.

8 . A manufacturing process of a pickleball paddle with a sectional structure, comprising manufacturing the pickleball paddle with the sectional structure according to claim 1 , and further comprising the following steps:
S 1 : paddle core material plate processing: manufacturing a plurality of paddle core material plates having different thicknesses from novel composites, wherein the paddle core material plates having different thicknesses are processed into paddle core material blanks having different thicknesses; S 2 : paddle cutting: classifying the plurality of paddle core material blanks according to the thickness, cutting a batch of paddle core material blanks having thicker thicknesses to obtain a plurality of pickleball paddles, and then cutting all of the plurality of pickleball paddles to obtain a plurality of paddle heads ( 1 ); cutting a batch of paddle core material blanks having thinner thicknesses to obtain a plurality of paddle handles ( 2 ) of the pickleball paddles, wherein the thickness of the paddle handle ( 2 ) is smaller than or equal to the thickness of the paddle head ( 1 ); and S 3 , integrated paddle processing: laminating cutting surfaces of the paddle head ( 1 ) and the paddle handle ( 2 ), and wrapping the laminating part with wrapping layers composed of carbon fiber yarns, glass fiber yarns and a filling material layer by layer to form a pickleball paddle assembly of the paddle head ( 1 ) and the paddle handle ( 2 ).

9 . The manufacturing process of the pickleball paddle with the sectional structure according to claim 8 , wherein the integrated paddle processing in the step S 3 comprises: selecting a curing mold ( 7 ), opening a mold cap ( 71 ), placing a lower die ( 72 ) into a wrapped pickleball paddle assembly, closing the mold cap ( 71 ), and then placing the curing mold ( 7 ) in heating equipment for heating curing; stopping heating after the temperature rises to the curing temperature of the carbon fiber and glass fibers, cooling the curing mold ( 7 ), opening an upper mold cap ( 71 ) after cooling, and taking out the connected and cured pickleball paddle to obtain a rough pickleball paddle blank, and then entering the next processing procedure.
