Surface treatment device
Abstract
A surface treatment device utilizes an electrode device. The electrode device is provided with a closed part facing a bottom part of a bottomed hole when inserted inside the bottomed hole, and a flow through hole linking the inside and outside of the electrode device is formed in the electrode device. When surface treatment is implemented on the inner wall surface of the bottomed hole, the hollow electrode device is inserted into the inside of the bottomed hole, the electrolytic treatment solution is made to flow through the space inside the bottomed hole, and power is applied across the electrode device and the inner wall surface of the bottomed hole. The closed part faces the bottom part of the bottomed hole as an electrode across a prescribed surface area; therefore, electroplating at the bottom part of the bottomed hole proceeds to the same extent as other sites.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A surface treatment device for applying surface treatment at an inner wall surface of a bottomed hole, by utilizing an electrode device to be inserted thereto, the electrode device comprising:
a hollow bottomed large-diameter electrode pipe that is configured to insert into a space inside the bottomed hole; and a solid small-diameter electrode rod that is inserted into a space inside the hollow bottomed large-diameter electrode pipe so that a front-end side thereof extends to a bottom part of the hollow bottomed large-diameter electrode pipe so as to couple therewith; a solution flow channel formed between an inside surface of the bottomed hole and an outer surface of the hollow bottomed large-diameter electrode pipe, so that an electrolytic treatment solution flows therethrough; an external power supply connected across the electrode device and the inner wall surface of the bottomed hole; a front-end member provided at a front-end portion of the hollow bottomed large-diameter electrode pipe, having a hemispherical configuration so as to close the front-end portion thereof facing the inner wall surface of the bottomed hole; and at least one through hole channel defined in the front-end member linking an inside and an outside of the hollow bottomed large-diameter electrode pipe.
2 . The surface treatment device according to claim 1 ,
wherein, the external power supply applies voltage across the electrode device and the inner wall surface of the bottomed hole, the electrode device is an anode, and the inner wall surface of the bottomed hole is a cathode.
3 . The surface treatment device according to claim 1 ,
wherein, a front-end portion of the solid small-diameter electrode rod is screwed to be joined to the front-end member of the hollow bottomed large-diameter electrode pipe, so that an electrical connection is established between the solid small-diameter electrode rod and the front-end member.
4 . The surface treatment device according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a solution discharge flow channel formed between an inside surface of the hollow bottomed large-diameter electrode pipe and an outer surface of the solid small-diameter electrode rod, so that the solution discharge flow channel communicates with the solution flow channel through the through hole channel of the front-end member so as to discharge the electrolytic treatment solution therethrough.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
