Triple blackjack card table and method for playing new blackjack game using the card table thereof

Abstract

A triple blackjack card table, which can let players using at least one deck of special designed playing card to play a new blackjack game and can bet up to 6 bets at a time, comprising: a table structure, with a surface that has a plurality of player areas, and each of the player area is provided with a first bet location, a second bet location, and a third bet location, these bet locations are arranged vertically, and three split locations are adjacent to the three bet locations, the either bet location and the corresponding split location are arranged horizontally; and two table legs, which are set under the table structure. The triple blackjack card table is designed to accommodate the special designed playing cards. These cards cannot be used on any other card table, and this card table also cannot be used with other standard playing cards.

What I claim is: 
     
         1 . A triple blackjack card table, which can let players use at least one deck of special designed playing card to play a new blackjack game, wherein each of the special designed playing card contains a first row, a second row, and a third row vertically arranged from the top to the bottom on the surface of the special designed playing card, and the first row contains two same numbers or letters with the same suit, the second row contains two same numbers or letters with the same suit, the third row only contains one number or letter with suit, and the number between each row are different, the triple blackjack card table comprising:
 a table structure, with a surface that has a plurality of player areas, and each of the player area is provided with a first bet location, a second bet location, and a third bet location, these bet locations are arranged vertically, and the first bet location corresponds to the first row on the surface of the special designed playing cards, the second bet location corresponds to the second row on the surface of the special designed playing cards, and the third bet location corresponds to the third row on the surface of the special designed playing cards, and a split location is adjacent to the first bet location, the first bet location and the split location are arranged horizontally; and   two table legs, which are set under the table structure.   
     
     
         2 . The triple blackjack card table of  claim 1 , wherein further the table surface has second split location adjacent to the second bet location, and third split location adjacent to the second bet location; the second bet location and second split location are arranged horizontally, and the third bet locations and the split location are arranged horizontally, which allows up 3 to 6 bets opportunities in one hand. 
     
     
         3 . The triple blackjack card table of  claim 1 , wherein the bottom surface of the table structure is provided with two holes, and one end of each of the table leg is correspondingly provided with a convex part, so that the convex parts are inserted into the holes to fix the table legs to the table structure. 
     
     
         4 . The triple blackjack card table of  claim 3 , wherein the depth of the holes is 3 and ⅛ inch, and the distance between the holes and the nearest end cap is also 3 and ⅛ inch. 
     
     
         5 . The triple blackjack card table of  claim 4 , wherein the bottom surface of the table structure is provided with a convex column, and the convex column is horizontally arranged at the middle section of the bottom surface of the table structure, and the holes are arranged on the convex column. 
     
     
         6 . The triple blackjack card table of  claim 1 , wherein the distance between the two numbers or letters in the first row on the surface of the special designed playing card is greater than the distance between the two numbers or letters in the second row, and the leftmost number or letter in the first row, the leftmost number or letter in the second row, and the number or letter in the third row are arranged to form an oblique straight line. 
     
     
         7 . The triple blackjack card table of  claim 6 , wherein the suit of the first row, the second row, and the third row are all different. 
     
     
         8 . The triple blackjack card table of  claim 1 , the two numbers or letters in the first row on the surface of the special designed playing card are located on two sides of the first row respectively, the two numbers or letters in the second row are located in the middle and rightmost of the second row respectively, and the number or letter in the third row is located in the rightmost of the third row. 
     
     
         9 . The triple blackjack card table of  claim 8 , wherein the suit of the first row, the second row, and the third row are all different. 
     
     
         10 . A method for playing a new blackjack game between at least one player and a dealer using at least one deck of special designed playing cards on the triple blackjack card table of  claim 2 , wherein each of the special designed playing card contains a first row, a second row, and a third row vertically arranged from the top to the bottom on the surface of the special designed playing card, and the first row contain two same numbers or letters with the same suit, the second row contain two same numbers or letters with the same suit, the third row only contain one number or letter with suit, and the number between each row are different, the method comprising the steps of:
 A) having at least one player place at least one wager to participate in the new blackjack game, wherein the at least one wager can be put on any one or two or all three of the first bet location, the second bet location, and the third bet location;   B) dealing a first special designed playing card to each of the at least one player face up and to dealer face down;   C) dealing a second special designed playing card to each of the at least one player and to the dealer, wherein the second special designed playing card in the at least one player's hand is placed face up, and the second special designed playing card in the dealer's hand is placed face up;   D) adding the point value of the number or letter shown in the first row, the second row, and/or the third row corresponding to the bet locations where the at least one wager is placed in step (A);   E) determining an actual total point value for the first row, the second row, and/or the third row of the special designed playing cards in the at least one player's hand, then;
 a) if the at least one player requests to add more point value on at least one of the three rows, then deal one special designed playing card to the at least one player, and add the point value of the number or letter shown in the row that the at least one player requested for, and continue this step until the at least one player requests to stop, then the dealer turns the first special designed playing card in the dealer's hand to face up; or 
 b) if the at least one player doesn't request more special designed playing cards, then the dealer turns the first special designed playing card in the dealer's hand to face up; 
   F) adding the point value of the number or letter shown in the first row, the second row, and/or the third row of the special designed playing cards in the dealer's hand;   G) determining which row has a greater actual total point value, then use that row to compete with the at least one player's each row that has put the at least one wager; and   H) completing the new blackjack game according to conventional rules of play.   
     
     
         11 . The method of  claim 10 , wherein the distance between the two numbers or letters in the first row on the surface of the special designed playing card is greater than the distance between the two numbers or letters in the second row, and the leftmost number or letter in the first row, the leftmost number or letter in the second row, and the number or letter in the third row are arranged to form an oblique straight line. 
     
     
         12 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein the suit of the first row, the second row, and the third row are all different. 
     
     
         13 . The method of  claim 12 , wherein the two numbers or letters in the first row on the surface of the special designed playing card are located on two sides of the first row respectively, and the two numbers in the second row are located in the middle and rightmost of the second row respectively. 
     
     
         14 . The method of  claim 13 , wherein the suit of the first row, the second row, and the third row are all different. 
     
     
         15 . A method for playing a new blackjack game between at least one player and a dealer using at least one deck of special designed playing cards on the triple blackjack card table of  claim 2 , wherein each of the special designed playing card contains a first row, a second row, and a third row vertically arranged from the top to the bottom on the surface of the special designed playing card, and the first row contain two same numbers or letters with the same suit, the second row contain two same numbers or letters with the same suit, the third row only contain one number or letter with suit, and the number between each row are different, the method comprising the steps of:
 A) having at least one player place at least one wager to participate in the new blackjack game, wherein the at least one wager can be put on any one or two or all three of the first bet location, the second bet location, and the third bet location;   B) dealing a first special designed playing card to each of the at least one player face up and to dealer face down;   C) dealing a second special designed playing card to each of the at least one player and to the dealer, wherein the second special designed playing card in the at least one player's hand is placed face up, and the second special designed playing card in the dealer's hand is placed face up, then;
 i) if the numbers or letters in at least one row of the first row, second row, and third row of the first special designed playing card and the numbers or letters in the corresponding row of the second special designed playing card in the at least one player's hand are the same, the at least one player can split the two special designed playing cards and put the same amount of wager as in the corresponding bet location to the split location that is adjacent to it, then deal a third special designed playing card and a fourth special designed playing card to the at least one player to pair with the first special designed playing card and the second special designed playing card after split; 
   D) adding the point value of the number or letter shown in the first row, the second row, and/or the third row corresponding to the bet locations and/or the split location where the at least one wager is placed in step (A) and step (i);   E) determining an actual total point value for the first row, the second row, and/or the third row of the special designed playing cards in the at least one player's hand, then;
 a) if the at least one player requests to add more point value on at least one of the three rows, then deal one special designed playing card to the at least one player, and add the point value of the number or letter shown in the row that the at least one player requested for, and continue this step until the at least one player requests to stop, then the dealer turns the first special designed playing card in the dealer's hand to face up; or 
 b) if the at least one player doesn't request more special designed playing cards, then the dealer turns the first special designed playing card in the dealer's hand to face up; 
   F) adding the point value of the number or letter shown in the first row, the second row, and/or the third row of the special designed playing cards in the dealer's hand;   G) determining which row has a greater actual total point value, then use that row to compete with the at least one player's each row that has put the at least one wager, and if there is the at least one wager put in the first, second, or third split location, then when compete with the split part of the special designed playing cards, only compete with the actual total point value of the at least one row of the first row, second row, and third row of the split part of the special designed playing cards; and   H) completing the new blackjack game according to conventional rules of play.   
     
     
         16 . The method of  claim 15 , wherein for Step i), if the numbers or letters in multiple rows of the first special designed playing card and the numbers or letters in the parallel rows of the second special designed playing card in the at least one player's hand are the same, the at least one player decides to split the two special designed playing cards multiple times and put the same amount of wager as in the multiple bet locations to the corresponding split locations, then deal a third special designed playing card and a fourth special designed playing cards to the at least one player to pair with the first special designed playing card and the second special designed playing card after split. 
     
     
         17 . The method of  claim 16 , wherein the distance between the two numbers or letters in the first row on the surface of the special designed playing card is greater than the distance between the two numbers or letters in the second row, and the leftmost number or letter in the first row, the leftmost number or letter in the second row, and the number or letter in the third row are arranged to form an oblique straight line. 
     
     
         18 . The method of  claim 16 , wherein the suit of the first row, the second row, and the third row are all different. 
     
     
         19 . The method of  claim 16 , wherein the two numbers or letters in the first row on the surface of the special designed playing card are located on two sides of the first row respectively, and the two numbers in the second row are located in the middle and rightmost of the second row respectively. 
     
     
         20 . The method of  claim 19 , wherein the suit of the first row, the second row, and the third row are all different.
