Claims

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to an electrically-adjustable dumbbell, comprising a handle part, wherein installation parts connected to the handle part are respectively arranged at the two sides of the handle part, and the outer sides of the installation parts are used to be connected to dumbbell plates; the central part of the handle part is an axially through channel, and an adjusting mechanism in fit with the inner wall of the channel in shape is arranged in the channel. The dumbbell provided by the present disclosure is reasonable in structural design, electric adjustment of the dumbbell is achieved by using the adjusting mechanism composed of the motor, the threaded rod and the limiting plates, the adjusting process can be achieved only by manually operating a control circuit board, manual adjustment of the dumbbell plates is not needed, operation is convenient, and the user experience effect is improved.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An electrically-adjustable dumbbell, comprising a handle part, wherein installation parts connected to the handle part are respectively arranged at the two sides of the handle part, and the outer sides of the installation parts are used to be connected to dumbbell plates; the central part of the handle part is an axially through channel, and an adjusting mechanism in fit with the inner wall of the channel in shape is arranged in the channel;
 the adjusting mechanism comprises two limiting plates which are symmetrically distributed, a threaded rod is arranged between the two limiting plates, the threaded rod is meshed with the inner sidewalls of the two limiting plates respectively, and an outside end part of the threaded rod is connected to an output shaft of a fixedly arranged motor; the motor drives the threaded rod to rotate, and the threaded rod drives the two limiting plates to slide in opposite directions in the channel respectively.   
     
     
         2 . The electrically-adjustable dumbbell according to  claim 1 , wherein the inner sidewalls of the two limiting plates are attached and slidingly connected to each other, and a channel is further formed in the central part of the connecting position of the two limiting plates; a vertically distributed gear is arranged in the channel, and the two sides of the gear are meshed with the inner sidewalls of the limiting plates. 
     
     
         3 . The electrically-adjustable dumbbell according to  claim 1 , wherein the surface of one side of each of the installation parts is provided with a notch part communicating with the channel, and the outer wall of the adjusting mechanism is located on the outer side of the notch part; and inner walls of the openings of the dumbbell plates connected to the installation part are provided with limiting grooves corresponding to the position of the notch part, and the adjusting mechanism is located in the limiting grooves. 
     
     
         4 . The electrically-adjustable dumbbell according to  claim 1 , further comprising a control circuit board electrically connected to the motor, and a battery pack electrically connected to the control circuit board, wherein the control circuit board and the battery pack are respectively installed on the handle part. 
     
     
         5 . The electrically-adjustable dumbbell according to  claim 4 , wherein a groove body is formed in the top surface of each installation part of the handle part, and the control circuit board is arranged in the groove body. 
     
     
         6 . The electrically-adjustable dumbbell according to  claim 5 , wherein the outer side of the control circuit board is fixed by a pressing plate, and the pressing plate is provided with an opening corresponding to keys and a display screen of the control circuit board. 
     
     
         7 . The electrically-adjustable dumbbell according to  claim 4 , wherein the battery pack is located on the outer side of each installation part of the handle part and is provided with an end cover at the outer side, the outer side of the battery pack is covered with the end cover, and the end cover is fixedly connected to the installation part. 
     
     
         8 . The electrically-adjustable dumbbell according to  claim 1 , further comprising a base, wherein the dumbbell plates are respectively arranged in the base, openings of the dumbbell plates face upwards, and the handle part is arranged in the openings of the dumbbell plates.
