Bonnet and Scarf Combination Device

Abstract

The present invention relates generally to the field of headwear. More specifically, the present invention relates to a bonnet and scarf combination device that features fasteners for an improved securement mechanism. The bonnet comprises a headband fixed around the perimeter of the bonnet's opening and may also feature fasteners on the top surface of the bonnet. At least one scarf accompanies the bonnet which also comprises fasteners. When deployed for use, the scarfs may be wrapped around a user's head and the bonnet may be attached to the scarfs. Accordingly, the present disclosure makes specific reference thereto. Nonetheless, it is to be appreciated that aspects of the present invention are also equally applicable to other like applications, devices and methods of manufacture.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A bonnet and scarf combination device comprising:
 a bonnet comprised of a top surface, an interior surface, a headband, and an opening; and   a scarf comprised of a first end, a second end, an edge and a fastener.   
     
     
         2 . The bonnet and scarf combination device of  claim 1 , wherein the scarf attaches to the top surface of the bonnet via the fastener. 
     
     
         3 . The bonnet and scarf combination device of  claim 1 , wherein the headband is comprised of an elastic material. 
     
     
         4 . The bonnet and scarf combination device of  claim 1 , wherein the top surface and the interior surface of the bonnet and the scarf are each comprised of a fabric material. 
     
     
         5 . The bonnet and scarf combination device of  claim 1 , wherein the interior surface of the bonnet is coated with at least one of a moisturizing coating, a fragrance coating, an anti-bacterial coating and an anti-lice coating. 
     
     
         6 . A bonnet and scarf combination device comprising:
 a bonnet comprised of a top surface, an interior surface, a headband and an opening;   a first scarf comprised of a first end, a second end, an edge and a fastener; and   a second scarf comprised of a first end, a second end, an edge and a fastener.   
     
     
         7 . The bonnet and scarf combination device of  claim 6 , wherein the first scarf attaches to the second scarf via the fasteners of each scarf. 
     
     
         8 . The bonnet and scarf combination device of  claim 7 , wherein one or both of the first scarf and the second scarf attach to the bonnet. 
     
     
         9 . The bonnet and scarf combination device of  claim 6 , wherein the headband is comprised of an elastic material. 
     
     
         10 . The bonnet and scarf combination device of  claim 6 , wherein the top surface and the interior surface of the bonnet, the first scarf and the second scarf are each comprised of a fabric material. 
     
     
         11 . The bonnet and scarf combination device of  claim 6 , wherein the interior surface of the bonnet is coated with an moisturizing coating, a fragrance coating, an anti-bacterial coating and an anti-lice coating. 
     
     
         12 . A bonnet and scarf combination device comprising:
 a bonnet comprised of a top surface having a fastener, an interior surface, a headband and an opening;   a first scarf comprised of a first end having a first fastener, a second end having a second fastener, and an edge; and   a second scarf comprised of a first end having a third fastener, a second end having a fourth fastener, and an edge.   
     
     
         13 . The bonnet and scarf combination device of  claim 12 , wherein the first scarf attaches to the second scarf 
     
     
         14 . The bonnet and scarf combination device of  claim 13 , wherein at least one of the first scarf and the second scarf attaches to the bonnet. 
     
     
         15 . The bonnet and scarf combination device of  claim 12 , wherein the headband is comprised of an elastic material. 
     
     
         16 . The bonnet and scarf combination device of  claim 12 , wherein the top surface and the interior surface of the bonnet, the first scarf and the second scarf are each comprised of a fabric material. 
     
     
         17 . The bonnet and scarf combination device of  claim 12 , wherein the fastener of the bonnet is a select one of a hook and loop fastener, a zipper fastener, a snap-button fastener, an adhesive fastener, a string fastener and a magnetic fastener. 
     
     
         18 . The bonnet and scarf combination device of  claim 12 , wherein each of the first and second fasteners is a select one of a hook and loop fastener, a zipper fastener, a snap-button fastener, an adhesive fastener, a string fastener and a magnetic fastener. 
     
     
         19 . The bonnet and scarf combination device of  claim 12 , wherein each of the third and fourth fasteners is a select one of a hook and loop fastener, a zipper fastener, a snap-button fastener, an adhesive fastener, a string fastener and a magnetic fastener. 
     
     
         20 . The bonnet and scarf combination device of  claim 12 , wherein the interior surface of the bonnet is coated with a moisturizing coating, a fragrance coating, an anti-bacterial coating and an anti-lice coating.
