Abstract

Provided are a device and method for a user equipment side and a base station side in wireless communication. The device ( 100 ) for a user equipment side comprises: an information acquisition unit ( 101 ), configured to obtain cell special dynamic offset information for wireless resource management of a serving cell and/or adjacent cell of a user equipment, wherein cell special dynamic offset relates to a transmission capacity of a corresponding cell, and the transmission capacity comprises at least one of cell multi-antenna transmission performance gain and a load condition: a measurement unit ( 102 ), configured to measure a reference signal of the serving cell and the adjacent cell; and a cell reselection/measurement reporting unit ( 103 ), configured to perform cell reselection or measurement reporting based on the cell special dynamic offset and a measurement result for the serving cell and the adjacent cell according to a connection state of the user equipment.

1 . A device for a user equipment side in wireless communications, comprising:
 circuitry configured to   acquire information used by the user equipment for performing cell reselection, wherein the information indicates beamforming capability of a serving cell and beamforming capability of a neighboring cell;   measure the serving cell and the neighboring cell in a RRC idle state;   rank the serving cell and the neighboring cell based on the measuring result;   obtain one or more highest ranked cells; and   perform cell reselection to a cell based on the beamforming capability of the serving cell and the beamforming capability of the neighboring cell.   
     
     
         2 . The device according to  claim 1 , wherein the measurement results comprises measurement values related to at least one of reference signal receiving power and reference signal receiving quality. 
     
     
         3 . The device according to  claim 1 , wherein the circuitry acquires information of cell reselection parameter based on the information or historical information recorded in the user equipment. 
     
     
         4 . The device according to  claim 3 , wherein the circuitry acquires the information of the cell reselection parameter of the serving cell and the neighboring cell by receiving a RRC signaling from a base station of the serving cell. 
     
     
         5 . A method for a user equipment side in wireless communications, comprising:
 acquiring information used by the user equipment for performing cell reselection, wherein the information indicates beamforming capability of a serving cell and beamforming capability of a neighboring cell;   measuring the serving cell and the neighboring cell in a RRC idle state;   ranking the serving cell and the neighboring cell based on the measuring result;   obtaining one or more highest ranked cells; and   performing cell reselection to a cell based on the beamforming capability of the serving cell and the beamforming capability of the neighboring cell.   
     
     
         6 . The method according to  claim 5 , wherein the measurement results comprises measurement values related to at least one of reference signal receiving power and reference signal receiving quality. 
     
     
         7 . The method according to  claim 5 , wherein, further acquiring information of cell reselection parameter based on the information or historical information recorded in the user equipment. 
     
     
         8 . The method according to  claim 7 , wherein, further acquiring the information of the cell reselection parameter of the serving cell and the neighboring cell by receiving a RRC signaling from a base station of the serving cell. 
     
     
         9 . A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium including computer executable instructions, wherein the instructions, when executed by a user equipment in a wireless communication system, cause the user equipment to perform a method, the method comprising:
 acquiring information used by the user equipment for performing cell reselection, wherein the information indicates beamforming capability of a serving cell and beamforming capability of a neighboring cell;   measuring the serving cell and the neighboring cell in a RRC idle state;   ranking the serving cell and the neighboring cell based on the measuring result;   obtaining one or more highest ranked cells; and   performing cell reselection to a cell based on the beamforming capability of the serving cell and the beamforming capability of the neighboring cell.   
     
     
         10 . The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to  claim 9 , wherein the measurement results comprises measurement values related to at least one of reference signal receiving power and reference signal receiving quality. 
     
     
         11 . The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to  claim 9 , wherein information of cell reselection parameter is acquired based on the information or historical information recorded in the user equipment. 
     
     
         12 . The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to  claim 11 , wherein the information of the cell reselection parameter of the serving cell and the neighboring cell is acquired by receiving a RRC signaling from a base station of the serving cell.
